"We bought two cars from Robert Bryant on August 2nd, 2025. He was very patient and helpful with us and let us test-drive multiple cars until we found the ones that best fit our needs. We were at the dealership from 3pm until 6:25pm, 25 minutes after it closed on Saturday night. I asked Robert, "what time do you close?" And, he said, "when you leave." This is true customer service. He allowed me to be aware of any potential problems that may arise in the future and the cost that will incur of other parts involved and we set a schedule of priorities that I will have repaired in the near future. Sierra Dieble, my Spitzer Ford Hartville service rep did a fine job in getting my truck in for a recall item in a satisfactory time that met my busy schedule. I was offered a ride to a nearby coffeehouse but I didn’t take her up on the offer as I could easily walk there. The repairs were made in the time that Sierra estimated and she explained what the mechanic did.
