Horrible experience

I contacted the salesman a day before driving 300 miles to see a used Tacoma that looked beautiful in the pictures. A price was agreed upon prior to the trip. Upon arrival the truck was parked out front looking amazing (from far). The exterior was clean, armor all, and looking good. I opened the back door and the seats were dirty, stained, loooked like chocolate milk spilled just before I got there. I popped up the back seat to reveal dried out candy, cereal and a white stained grey carpet. Still not deterred I got in the front seat. No floor mats! Carpet was soiled under a wreak attempt to brush it clean. The cup holders had caked on syrup substance in all the crevices. Still thinking a good cleaning could salvage the buy, I continued on. I asked to look under the hood. The engine bay was covers in layers of dirt, mud, and filth. While overlooking the filthy compartment I noticed the oil cap was missing. The salesman found it trapped in the grill. Said ?It was just serviced?. So I opened the compartment to the air filter. Cause if it was ? serviced ? it would have a clean filter. NOPE! Bugs, debris, and Brown with grime. Still wanting this 2016 Tacoma with 25k Miles. I wanted to drive it. Started it up, and received a warning!!! 3miles to empty!!! No gas!! There was no preparation for the sale. I felt disappointed and disrespected. Someone doesn?t drive 300 miles to kick the tires and waste time. I did not buy and do not recommend.

Love this place

Texas Grand is great they helped me get into a a car that I love the whole team is great they were very nice and made sure i was happy. The sales man went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to getting a car for a great price that they will love.

Are you selling cars or nah?

Where do I start. A decent selection of cars. Some cars had issues. They would fix the issue if you were going to buy a car. Tried to sell me a car I wasn't asking about. Lol. They advertise cars you'll never see in person.

Great trustable place

I was very reluctant to spend money on a car at first but I definitely grew comfortable fast and decided that all dealerships are not out to get you. I really liked the cleanliness of the vehicles and how they were at a very good price. They set me up with everything I need and took into consideration my finances. Great place

This guy REALLY helps soldiers. He's a veteran so he understands the financial struggles new soldiers face. Ask for Matthew Marshall if you go to this dealer. You will leave happy and satisfied and money in your pocket.
