Great dealership to go to especially if you're in need or if just wanna have a car. The salesman Matthew is definitely a great help. He use to be in the Army so he understands soldiers. He's definitely the guy to see. I enjoyed his help and service and I'm sure anybody would.

Fantastic service

Their lost...not mine
It was approximately two weeks until someone finally called or emailed me. I did post a review, but don't see it on here. Anyway, I already purchased my vehicle elsewhere.

Very unprofessional supervisor/finance dept.
I purchased a vehicle on this this month on 01/4/2014. Salesman promised he would get my vehicle programed and my vehicle was also going to get a complete tune up. Since my credit wasn't that great my sister in law cosigned for me. Those people promise you the world as long as they make a sale. Its already the 10th, my car has not been programmed or taken for a tune up. I went to ask the " supervisor" ( Eduardo) about my tune up and other services that were supposed to be done. He simply replied that he didn't have to do what I said and that he was not going to do the tune up, that the documents were already signed therefore they didn't have to do anything to my vehicle anymore. He then said he didn't have nothing to tell me that the only person he can give information to was my sister in law because she co signed . I told him, I bought the car, she simply so signed and he didn't want to talk to me no longer. I called the following day, and Eduardo answered told me to hold on the line and never answered. I then hung up and called again like 10 times with no answer.Up to this day, I haven't gotten any help. Very unprofessional "SUPERVISORS".
