    Had an excellent experience buying a car out of state. Bought a 2016 G-Wagon. Car was as promised. Dealt with Duane who was very professional throughout the process.

    The GSM was as insulting as they come. After almost 2 weeks of preparing my vehicle to be delivered and towed down to Mercedes-Benz of Columbus, spending money out of my pocket to have my vehicle towed over 124 miles just one way to be put in consignment, the vehicle arrives and when it wasn't to "their liking" I receive a phone call with insults about my vehicles condition, being hung up on, then basically told that they were doing this for us as a favor and that they never signed any contracts for consignment. I have the contract in hand as proof. "Doing me a favor"... Please... They were going to make 10% profit for consigning my vehicle when it sold. After I had explained that the funds of the sale of my vehicle were going to fund a SUV and help pay for my wife's cancer treatments, the GSM proceeds to tell me that he's a cancer survivor and had a rude tone in his voice like it didn't matter that my wife had cancer and was undergoing chemo. (Like he's heard this all before) Wow!!! Then he insults me with being a former GM and fixed operations director in the automotive business for almost 15 years. This guy has some freaking nerve. He denies receiving my car when it arrives, scares off the tow truck driver, talks smack about my car to the driver and lies about the present condition of my car saying that the passenger car door wouldn't open, when all he had to do was use the remote to simply unlock the door. Then he tells me that there's door dings, dents and scratches on both driver and passenger side door panels. Which there is not. before the car even left to go down to Columbus I took and sent almost 50 detailed photos and sent 3 detailed videos FULLY documenting the cars condition, service history, proof of celebrity ownership etc etc. They claim that my photos were deceiving. Lol. Too funny. Yeah, let me guess... I'm here to decieve you from Along anywhere between $3k-4K in profit that you're making off my car after 2 weeks of my money spent in prep, time and hard work. After my wife and I are completely dismissed. The GSM offered to have our vehicle towed back to us at the dealerships expense. That never happened and once again I'm out several hundred dollars for a huge waste of time. Don't let anyone ever insult you from this dealership. I have ALL THE EMAILS, RECORDED THE WHOLE PHONE CONVERSATION between the GSM and my wife and I, HAVE ALL THE TEXT AND CORRESPONDENCE BACK AND FORTH. They can say whatever they want to counter my response. But I ALONE have the proof of everything that transpired!!! So much for doing my wife and I a favor when your not the ones hundreds of dollars out of pocket and it's not your exotic car. Way to go! What a winner!
