My buying experience was great here, things were seamless and almost effortless. Syed made sure everything was squared away and correct. Ian ensured all the paperwork provided was filled out and made sure I had zero questions!

I can?t say enough about how INCREDIBLE the staff at Autonation was!!! The place was very busy, people everywhere, like a mall. Not even two minutes after I approached the crowd someone was there to help me. The transaction was quick and painless. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and attention to MY needs. I would recommend EVERYONE go to the them for their vehicle purchase.

This should have been a quick transaction.

This should have been a quick transaction. We found the car online, so no shopping. Price was non negotiable, (expected this). We were paying cash and it still took over 2 hours. Our time was not important to these people.

Overall good!

Overall good!! Had a little struggle while purchasing the vehicle, but it?s all good now. They are on the top when it comes to scheduling for the car servicing. That way I don?t have to worry about it.

Makindra was excellent!

Makindra was excellent! I asked a lot of questions which she was able to answer in a way that didn?t make me feel stupid. She took my concerns seriously and helped to avoid keeping me with a rental for too long. I think I have a bit of a lemon but Makindra helped keep me sane throughout the whole experience.

Great experience.

Great experience. Had a few minor needs after I got the car home. Called up the salesman and problems were taken care of quickly. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

They had to drive to Ft.

They had to drive to Ft. Collins twice to finish the paperwork correctly. They STILL managed to forget and lose my garage door opener, even though I told them within 20 minutes of driving off without it. They offered no recompense at all. I had to call more than 10 times to get them to fix the windshield that was broken when I bought the car. In order to get it fixed I had to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed. The whole process pretty much sucked.
