was very pleased with subaru on Arapahoe

Mo and Ben were very nice to me and very patient with my indecisiveness. They went far and beyond any dealership that I have ever worked with I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. I love my Subaru Forester thanks guys!!

Buying process went well with minimal wait time. Used the USAA car purchase program which benefited the seller as well as the purchaser.

Great service

I purchased my son's first car here, an 02 Honda Accord. I saw the car before it had gone through the inspection process, and I could see it was a nice car. It did need new tires, a windshield replacement, and a battery which they fixed free of charge. It was a stress free transaction as we also received the carfax report with no charge. I felt they were upfront and honest and did not feel like I was being scammed.

Great Service

My experience was very good! Alice Hausig was extremely helpful and communicated very well during the whole process. I began the buying process via email and phone and made an appointment the same day to go look at the car. She kept me up to date with any new information throughout the day. She did an awesome job all together and I would definitely recommend anyone to go to her to get a new car.

'Satisfied customer but overall process took too

The whole car buying process took about 4.5 hours. The staff were courteous and helpful. The dealership had stock of the vehicle that we were interested and not much time was spent deciding on a vehicle to purchase. The dealership seemed very busy that day and we spent most of the time waiting to process paperwork and meet with the finance department. The facilities were acceptable but will probably be much better and more comfortable once the new office renovations have been completed.

Delightfully surprised

I got enticed away from Mazda for the first time in 31 years. Saleswoman Alice Hausig was patient with me, eager to show me whatever I wanted, and seemed to sense what was important to me. I never felt pressured, and I've been astounded at how willing the folks at Auto Nation are to bend over backward to make the experience of getting my first Subaru so perfect.

Great Experience!!!!!

Probably the best experience buy a car yet!! Tim Burch and his team are truly amazing! I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience there. Never felt pressured or rushed.
