I am an evacuee from hurricane Ian my car was a total loss. When I started looking for a new car Subaruwasthe only dealership that took the time to work with me and had solutions to my not so ordinary problem. I am now back on my island, Allen Sanibel. Austin Forde was extremely helpful in providing information regarding replacement tires. He printed out spec sheets for the appropriate tires.

They had my car for 2 days for the driver's seat moving forward when I open the door, before I get in the car, and claimed they could not get my car to do what I said it was doing wrong, so I left, and immediately the car acted up as I said it does every day. All the attendant said was "I'm sorry, you could schedule another appointment, and we can keep trying to get it to act up for us." It's a 7 month old car with low mileage. They were unsympathetic & I wonder about the quality of the technician. I may try another dealer as it's under warranty. Extremely disappointed and it was a waste of my time and very inconvenient.
