Slow service, did not complete requested work.
1 hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change. The service was pre-scheduled. Requested a tire rotation upon arrival and the said they would do it. It was not done. I guess they didn't have a couple hours needed to complete a 10 minute job. They asked for feedback and then proceeded to blame us. I guess they think 1:45 for an oil change is normal.

I purchased my 2015 Malibu in October 2014 and left the next day for a week's vacation to NC & WV with my husband & his parents. I noticed a vibration, but thought it was due to the flat spots on the tires caused by the car sitting on the lot and perhaps not the best roads. When we got back (over 2000 miles later) I took it into Garber and John B. (former service rep) found all 4 tires were out of balance. Afterward there was still a vibration and this time John found 2 tires out of round - and no I have not hit or run over anything. After that there was STILL a vibration, though it was less, and I mentioned it everytime I brought my vehicle in for service which is quite often since I drive a minimum of 600 miles per week. As you can imagine, by now I'm getting concerned there could be a deeper issue. Since I live in Keystone Heights and work in Jacksonville, Saturday's are really the only time I can get my vehicle serviced. The first time I dealt with Corey, he was very nice and said he did see the history of vibration but I would need to bring my vehicle in during the week when they could have more time to inspect it and possibly keep it a day or two. Well, last week my radio et al went on the blink. Afraid it was an electrical issue I brought my car in first thing in the morning - thankfully my car cranked since the radio display was on all night...no tunes couldn't change station, use blue tooth, or anything. Fortunately Corey was there and took excellent care of me. He said he would put his best electrical tech on it and in the meantime get me a vehicle so I could go to work. He would also call with anything they found and keep me updated on the progress. I told him to keep her until the vibration issue was resolved and go ahead and do the 30k mile service that was due while it was there. True to his word he called a couple of hours later, asked if they could try something with the wheel weights, and informed me the 30k service was going smoothly. Many people do not understand what all that entails, but working with technicians for the past almost 30 years, I know it's not an out the door in an hour or two job. Surprisingly I was able to leave work early and pick up my car. She feels great and so far I have not felt any vibrations. I realize this is a bit long, but I want you to know how important it is to most of us - especially those of us that live far away and travel a lot - to know we can depend on someone that cares about our vehicles as much as we do. Also, I must say when I picked up my car there was a woman who previously had not had a good experience with the service department. Luckily she got Corey!! We spoke for a bit and she stated he was the only one she would deal with there from now on and I agreed. Thank you, Corey, for taking care of your customers, especially women who too often are taken advantage of due to their lack of mechanical knowledge. I must also say he went above and beyond helping an elderly lady get situated in the waiting room and then went and got her a cup of coffee. Sorry ladies, he's married, but he'll still take good care of you!!! :-)

Great Experience
Great experience. I thought I was due to get my transmission fluid flushed and they reviewed my records and suggested it wasn't quite time. Very refreshing!
