We bought a beautiful C43 today from Chris and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We showed up - he had the car brought around and handed us the keys. When we got back there was ZERO PRESSURE at all. It was a very simple negotiation on the final price. Simple financing process - car was cleaned and we were in our way. Hi was able to print a window sticker for not only the car we bought, but when I mentioned I didn't have one for my other car, he found and printed that one too. Chris was awesome, Global as a whole was fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

every vehicle we test drove had issues. they are crooks , we will never buy there again…the Rover we test drove vibrates badly at 78 so Jeremy told me to drive under 78…crooks - be aware of there lies

I purchased a vehicle from what I thought was trustworthy dealership the salesman worked with me and I actually got a good deal, and there were no mechanical issues at time of purchase after getting home the A/C condenser went out and I contacted the salesman who told me that there were no issues and that the A/C was serviced by prior to me buying vehicle. Basically he told me that the repair would be made and I had nothing to worry about but when I got the vehicle to the dealership he wasn't there and I was told I would have to pay for all repairs after he said that there was no fee so returned home after the 2hr drive without the repair being made I later found out that the salesman was in the process of leaving to work somewhere else but still the dealership wouldn't honor the repair so I ended up paying for the repair at a local facility back home so I can't and won't recommend this dealership anyone I gave them a check for the full price of the vehicle and couldn't get the honored service that I was told I would get.

I went to this location because my son wanted to purchase a vehicle and we were greeted by Jonta (JB). He was very professional and offered awesome customer service. My son was shopping for a car in a certain price range and they had limited cars available that would fit his needs but JB took the time to help us by researching other dealers and actually helped us find a dealer that day who had several cars that would work for my son. He gave my son some tips on car buying and what to look out for which was helpful. We ended up going to the recommended dealer and he was able to purchase a great car!! I just want to say Thank you JB for all of your help because even though we did not purchase from you the customer service experience was excellent and we felt pleased with the time that was taken to help us because looking for the right vehicle can be frustrating and it is very refreshing to meet someone who cares about your needs and JB was that person so please visit this location and check them out. I am sure they will take great care of you!!

Just made trip from Atlanta to Brentwood yesterday to pick up 2020 BMW Z4. Car was as described, price was fair, buying experience was fast and easy. JB was helpful in making the experience fast and enjoyable. If they have the car that you want, go see JB.

I bought a car with Aaron Ehrenberg and the experience was easy but the aftermath has been a nightmare. I have been waiting for over 8 MONTHS for him to coordinate my windshield being replaced from a spot that was there prior to purchasing. Although Covid hasn't helped, every week there is a new excuse even after I have asked repeatedly to handle this coordination of the repair. I have also contacted others at the dealership with no response. It seems all they want is a sale with no follow up.

The whole experience with Global was great! JB was so helpful and kind to deal with us even on his day off! Everything promised was done! I love my vehicle and would recommend Global to anyone I know!

I visited Global due to their history of professionalism and variety of vehicles. JB was very personable and intricate when providing feedback on questions I had for certain vehicles. This company is great for maintaining relationships pre and post-purchasing process, which makes it difficult to not want to work with them in the future. Overall great job!
