I found a 2012 GL450 in the color and configuration we were looking for at Global Motorsports TN, Cush Connor -. I live in Georgia so the trip was approximately 260 miles one way. After negotiating over the phone and looking at all of the 30 pictures we agreed upon price, reviewed the Vehicle options and decided on a time to pick up the vehicle. I immediately arrived and noticed the vehicle did not resemble the photographs on the website. Cush Connor was our Salesperson so I pulled out the photographs on my phone and notice there was no rear entertainment system, no premium sound, no rear air conditioning zone and the list of missing options goes on and on. Cush Connor Examined the vehicle over the phone with me and said it was in perfect condition. He told me the leather was like new in the vehicle had no problems. What he failed to mention was the cracked and ripped fake leather seats since this did not have the leather option which I was led to believe. the scuffs and scratches on all the kick panels as well as the rear cargo area. Needless to say we wasted six hours and over 500 miles traveling based on false information and lies. I was very specific about the condition of the vehicle and asked many questions. I was told they loaded the wrong photographs I am sure this was to mislead me into buying the vehicle. I almost considered purchasing the vehicle site unseen based on the reassurances from Cush Connor. Buyer Beware if they can't get it right on a 2012 GL how is it possible they sell high-end luxury vehicles out of this facility. I was offered excuse after excuse they informed me they uploaded photographs from another vehicle by mistake; however this other vehicle was nowhere to be found. They just assumed I was going to take this long after driving so long. Cush Connor at Global Motorsports offered a $100.00 for my gas this is not even come close to covering my time. This is the worst all prior experience I have ever had. I would not trust anything these guys say.

Excellent Service, Excellent Vehicle
Rob Lowder and Cush Connor at the Moores Lane location were absolutely outstanding. There were a few small niggles with my vehicle (it's a used car, I understood this) that they fixed quickly and professionally. Negotiation was quick, easy and enjoyable and I couldn't be happier with my Jaguar. Great work guys... Benjamin Farmer 2011 Jaguar XJ-L

good experience
just bought our second car from them today. We have also test drove many cars too from there. They seem to have only quality cars there at the coolsprings dealer and cars like the old tahoe with tons of miles like I turned in they sell to wholesalers or something like that. :) Both times we got a tight, clean car that was worth the money and no one was rude or did what some of these others have said though in the past year and a half there are some new sales guys. You have to make sure to not think they will do all the work, you have to ask about how many keys, and are you sure about that feature(then check it out) and anything else you can think of. Be smart and well educated before you go into the dealership.

Laid Back... Maybe too much
I went to test drive a late model BMW with my wife and youngest child and see if we could work a deal. After test driving a car the car on a 90 degree day that no air we decided maybe we would pursue the car anyway. The sales person referred to the dealership as a laid back atmosphere. What I found was one guy doing everything while others sat and talked. Not a big deal typically, but while I was serious about the car the salesperson took numerous phone calls during our conversation and never seemed to care about my business. At one point was told they sell a lot of cars and he didn't need to sell this one (so he didn't). The best part was the recommendation that I take my cars to Carmax to sell. I did and got twice as much for them and bought the same car with less miles for cheaper. Thanks for the advice!

Great Experience
Enjoyed my experience and feel that I got a very fair deal. Cush (manager) was great to work with. Love the car and the laid back style of the sales team. No pressure. Will definitely buy there again.

Rude sales people and manager
I saw a vehicle online that I wanted more information about and I called the dealership. Man on the phone was rude and short with me and had no knowledge about the vehicle. I still went in to see the car for myself and dealt with a rude sales person and an even worse manager who seemed to be in a hurry to get me out the door. Needless to say I did not buy a car from them and had a horrible experience there.

Good Experience
Personable, friendly, and professional staff, including the owner. The FX45 was clean and ready for retail. Sales rep was good on folllow up. He did originally tell us it was a one owner but the car actually had 2 previous owners. Still a very tight and clean vehicle. Had all manuals and keys. We received a fair trade in price. Good experience.

Great service in purchase of 09 BMW Convertible
The dealer representative was quick to respond to my queations and the car was ready for inspection and test drive when we arrived. We ended up purchasing a different car and had a few minor items repaired for the listed price.

Unprofessional
I had talked with a sales associate throughout the week about a car. I called the morning of my visit to set a time for a test drive. I arrived within 10 minutes of my agreed upon time, but, when I arrived, someone else was test driving the vehicle. The vehicle was sold to another individual. My time was wasted leaving work early and driving over an hour to the dealership. I would not recommend such an unprofessional dealership as this. Do not bother looking at the inventory online because it might not be there when you get there.

GlobalMotorsport Cool Spring TN
First, about the car, a 2008 Porsche Cayman; the car was in fabulous condition, and was bought to be picked up by transport to bring to Canada, so bought from salesman recommendations and comments. Pricing was fair, not great, neither good; only fair, because the car was presented with many options and packages that were not on it; this was misleading the real value of the car. Also salesman never mentionned; no owner manuals, and no second key. Found out only when I received the car, so it involved another expenses of over 600$, and the salesman never offered to compensate. The salesman agreed to glaze the car; not done. An experience that should have been wonderful, turned out to be medium. I should have been more cautious, do more research and ask more questions to get the real thing, I thought this dealer was more professionnal.
