Bought my First Car!

I went on to Cars.com to look up for a used Altima. I found an 08 coupe with 62k miles on it. the next day I got a call from Karl and wanted me to go for a test drive in it. I took it on sunrise Hwy and it drove like a dream. However this car was in an accident and I saw where it happened on the car. It was nothing more but a small dent in the bumper and a few scratches. But however, They do have cars that has seen better days So I would be very cautious when purchasing here. I not only test drove it but I also opened the hood and notice that this car has been cleaned and serviced properly from my CarFax report. I warn everyone who reads my reviews to be cautious when purchasing here. some cars are in bad shape and I Urge all of you to think before you buy!.

Bad Experience

Avoid this place like the plague. Bought a car this past winter and it's been a constant uphill climb. Kate was helpful until after handing her cash and drove off. Now, she avoids me and gives the runaround. Very bad experience.

Performance Auto A+

I was looking for a while for a 5 speed maxima and finally found one at this dealer. It had just come in recently and was just put through the shop. It had new brakes and new front shocks. I left a deposit and took it home the next day. So far I could not be happier with the vehicle and how i was treated.

Good Selection and better price!

We went to 3 dealerships before we finally settled on the suv with this dealer. the truck was serviced before we picked it up with new brakes and rotors. I asked if they could do an oil change and they said it was already done at the time of the brakes. thank you

Happy customer

Very happy with the purchase of my truck. A bit tough to see cars in stock as some are already at their new location that they are moving to next week. But it was only 5 minutes away from existing location and we used one vehicle I wanted to test drive to go over to the new building. A+

I was treated like a customer for life - and I am!

What a great experience! Karl was great from start to finish and then some. cars.com made finding my Jeep simple and Karl made the whole process simple. It looks great and runs great - they set it up with new brakes and got me a loan - then when the check engine light came on two weeks later they seemed to drop everything and had it taken care of in no time - they all made me feel like more than just a customer so now I'll be back when my family needs another vehicle for sure. Was not happy at all

My girlfriend both a 2005 Mazda tribute. They over charged her than she had to take the car back 3 times in 1 month. Than second month we want to take the car back because front wheel was making Bad noise from the beginning she got than they said it was nothing but mechanic said it was very dangerous to Drive it because front wheel could come off while she driving. After 2 months taking the car back to performance auto they didn't fix it properly, plus they said it's not their problem anymore we basically stock with it and they don't have to do anything. They were rude. I tell you, I don't suggest anyone to go there because they over charge and they don't fix your car properly. When month is over you stock with it and they don't care.

Jeep serving us great!

Recently bought a 2001 grand cherokee with 108k miles. I was happy with the service I received, the vehicle had just come in and had not been through their shop yet but drove good. Gave a deposit and scheduled to pick up in 2 days. When time came to pick it up, it had new front brakes, rotors and new rear pads installed. Its only been a few thousand miles but so far so good. my sales person was Karl. The place was stuffed with cars and trucks and they have a bigger selection that most places but it did make it difficult to see all the vehicles. Karl was very helpful and said they were working on finding a bigger location to fit all their cars.

Beware

Was looking for a car for my son, checked out Performance Auto. Strange setup- no parking for customers, inventory and employees take up the spaces, so I had to park on a busy street up the road. It's not a real lot meaning you have to scroll through their selection on the sales woman's computer and if you find something, they'll bring it up front. She said it was a good ride but didn't want me to test drive it (???) so I popped the hood. Oil was black, 2 tires dry-rotted, noisy belt, A/C not blowing cold, and so on. Looked at 1 more truck, same lack of maintenance. The cars are not in good shape and the atmosphere seemed shady.
