I was taken on time and treated great by Mike Lee.

I was in for the 75000 miles Lucas Platinum and a rattle in a rattle in the back door. Mike Lee kept me up to date on what was going on and had the car back the next day even though they had to order the part for the door.;

Great They assured me all was running correctly on my car.

I was able to get in and out timely. They assured me my car checklist items were inspected. All items working according to the Honda guidelines and no areas of concern were mentioned. They worked with my schedule to perform the recall fixes to ensure the recall items were expetited. Thank You.

Above and beyond, as always

John, the manager of the service department, has always taken care of us when our vehicles have been taken there. He truly understands the outstanding customer. The staff that works with him are also awesome. We have been taking our Homdas there for 20 plus years and it is always the same. They are wonderful whether it is my wife or me taking in the vehicle. Thank you for the great service every time.

Long wait time

I was told my car would be ready in about 2.5 hour more like 3.5 hours and the passenger airbag was replaced but left grease smudges on window. The service department was very busy that day so I did understand.

Oil change and cleaning

The oil change was very fast and efficient. The cleaning looked good on the outside. When I looked inside I realized my golf umbrella was missing again. The last time I had an oil changed my blue and white golf umbrella was missing. It was found but we have not found it this time. We are very sad. We won't have a nice umbrella to keep us dry.
