Starter replacement required, which was disappointing with less than 51,000 miles on the car. I have purchased all of my vehicles from this dealership, and have been extremely satisfied with the service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and has always been very accommodating.

Your service department is the reason I continue to buy Hondas...and buy them at Lucas . Scott and Steve are great. I like seeing the same familiar faces everytime I come in. They are always so pleasant, even when your super busy. They always ask how I am, how's my day, etc. Andrew C took care of my car in the back and he did a great job!!!! I have been to Lucas Honda four times. The average wait is roughly 3 hours! Terrible wait time and unwilling to fix a problem in an appropriate manner.

Steve and Scott are the best service technicians ever! They take outstanding care of our Honda CRV and keep us informed of what needs to be done right away and what needs to be done in the future. Both men are professional, courtesy, competent, credible, and always make me feel at home:) Also, the woman at checkout is very nice, courtesy, and helps me when I am using a debit or credit card. I am sorry I forgot her name but she is always there on Saturdays:) when I take our car in. While waiting on the car the coffee and donuts are nice! Also, the popcorn smells wonderful. Having Wi-Fi access and the reading cubicles are nice. The car wash, vacuum, and tire shine is another added bonus. This is a $10 value at a drive in car wash. Thanks for everything! The Moore's
