The whole dealership was excellent. However, the main person I was with was Mike. He made the buying process so smooth. Everything was done within a few days. He made sure the car was perfect before I brought it home.

For full disclosure: I am a car enthusiast, and also a bit sick in the head. I'm an engineer so I look at literally everything at a prospective car before making a purchase. If one little thing doesn't check out, I'm gone. Mike was not pushy and was very open to letting me bring a factory scanner and taking my time with looking around the vehicle. I asked a million questions. He answered all of them. The car was honest and so was he. As a rule I am not a fan of used car salesman tactics, but Mike did not come off on my "schmoozey" radar one bit. He was transparent and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable, and got me an obscenely good interest rate for the vehicle. Mike is a great guy, and if you like cars like I do, you'll see soon enough why you'll want him working with you to find the car you like. He understands all of the little things car enthusiasts care about; not because it's good business, but because he "gets" it. I purchased a B8 Audi S4 and am very happy with it. I will absolutely come to Mike the next time I want a new toy.

Spoke with Mike on the phone. Flew into JFK from Fort Knox, KY (Louisville) the next day. Kings Point handled my transportation from the airport to the lot. Mike answered all of my questions honestly and carried out one last request that I jokingly asked before leaving. Carlos was also a very big help and I appreciate everyone that was there and waited for me on a Friday night after operating hours.

I don?t generally write reviews online but felt the need to here, given the EXCEPTIONAL experience I had at Kings Point Auto and working with the owner Mike G (his colleagues Ryan and Sam were also helpful). I was in the market for a BMW 5 Series and had checked out several dealerships prior to coming to Kings Point Auto. Many of those other dealers employed the sales tactics and tricks that I feel give used car salesman a bad reputation. My experience with Kings Point however, was exceptional. My first impression walking into their showroom and lot was that it was filled with beautiful cars (many BMW?s and Mercedes) and they were very fairly priced. I could tell Mike has a good eye for cars and picks his inventory as if he was buying these cars for himself. What really impressed me was that there wasn?t any high-pressure sales pitch. Instead he was very informative, easygoing, helpful and patient throughout the process. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous BMW 550 from him. He also was able to get me an excellent finance rate through his lending relationships. He is dedicated to the business and `gets it?. While others are looking at you as a one time transaction and a quick buck, Mike looks to do the right thing and build relationships, as he knows a happy customer is a repeat customer and this is probably not the last car you will buy. I imagine any negative reviews may be from those with unrealistic expectations. I found Mike added value every step of the way and as a result I wouldn?t hesitate to refer friends and family to him. Finally found Kings Point online after looking for the car I've been looking for after weeks ! I was assisted by Mike who helped me finalize my G37! He was very patient and willing to help. He really cares about his clients and has no problem going above and beyond to find and give the best of numbers ! He fights for his customers and buys his cars as if they were for himself ! smooth transaction , mike was able to find me a great finance deal at a great rate even with my less than perfect credit. Had me in the vehicle in 24hours. I'm going back for another vehicle for my son.
