Stopped in to Coggin Honda to test drive a CRV and Al Armstrong was our sales person. He was very professional and low key--he let the car sell itself. No high pressure games which we really appreciated. Bought the car and he explained the special features to us and helped us set up our phones --yay! The entire process from the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove out with a new car was painless and pleasant thanks to Al.

Ace was very professional and the turn around was super quick. He explained everything in detail and assisted us through everything through the whole process. Excellent service

was in the market for a preowned sonata limited. i have been looking all over Florida at dealerships. I came across a vehicle on autotrader and asked to be contacted. was extremely happy from the first contact with this dealer all the way to setting appointment for test drive. every person i spoke with was extremely friendly, welcoming and courteous. they scheduled a time to make sure i could make it before closing. Tariq Sagri is who was assigned to meet me. He had the car ready and waiting and was very pleasant and helpful. It was truly a delight dealing with him. I communicated that I was torn between the limited and the limited turbo, which i was going to look at the next day. his sales manager came over and took time to visit with me and both of them made me feel like family. i kidded with them about what a used car sale is supposed to be and all the bs that the other dealers have done I have visited. i was so happy not to have the typical bs at their dealership. its a shame not all car dealerships are as professional as this team. the only reason i did not purchase here is the sonata limited was the base engine, and after driving the turbo, really wanted the extra power. this was not anything in their control. if their sonata had been a turbo i would have purchased from them. if you are in the market for a car, you need to at least put this dealership on your list, it will give you a good idea of how you WANT to be treated and will cut out the nonsense of most of the other dealerships.

I never knew buying a car would be so easy! Ben was so helpful and never pushy. I found what I wanted and went back the next day and drove it home!

These people (especially Cliff and Alecia) are toppers! we are 2500 miles away yet they got us a new Honda from some distance from their dealership (because of a color preference on our part) and participated in a surprise personal delivery to our son in St Augustine. And they did it with one eye on a category 5 hurricane on their doorstep. I am a Marine and I’ve been around the block. I’ve never seen such “can do” enthusiastic “make it happen” service anywhere! And they they really got us a great price. This dealership is unbeatable!

I went online earlier this week just looking around then I decided to get apply to get pre-approved. Corbin emailed me right away. We communicated through email for the last four days. Corbin has literally taken care of everything. I am leaving here with a lower interest rate then I have on my trade in and with a lower monthly payment then I was expecting. Ben is also wonderful he helped me while Corbin was away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. I will definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Thank you again Corbin and Ben!!!!

Walked in knowing what I wanted and Ben Hudnall was more than accommodating. From start to finish all of my needs were met. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. I will send everyone I know their way.

Tariq listened, was never pushy, followed up and followed through. Would buy from again. Coggin Honda was fine. I wish they were more transparent about the 2 years oil changes. After I signed all the paper they then showed me a form to sign for the $579 oil change that was “included”. I would have preferred to have that money off the car. Even with this the car was the amount I wanted to pay and I’m happy.

Ben was super patient and very helpful with my first trade in, and knew exactly what I was wanting. I’m so happy with my new car!
