A Car Dealer with Integrity

I have bought several cars from Moore's over the years. Chris, Dave and Amy answered all my questions and without any pressure to buy. Three months ago, I purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V. I am as please with this car as my previous purchases. The Service Department is top shelf! Tim and Chris worked with me to resolve any problems that may have come up over the years. Gary sets the tone of the company by being a man of God that is honest and trustworthy and expects the same from his staff. I highly recommend Moore's Automotive for Service and/or the purchase of a used vehicle.

A VERY HAPPY Moore's customer

Took my 2014 Toyota Avalon in for its oil change today. Great service experience. In & out in less than an hour. Bought my Avalon back in April. Coming off a lease, 3 years old, only 29,000 miles. A number of friends had told me over the years about their experince at Moore's, both Sales & Service. Wish I had acted on their advice sooner. I'm a VERY HAPPY Moore's customer. You owe to it yourself to visit Moore's next time in the market for a car!

Moore's is simply the best!

Our family has been doing business with Moore's for over 15 years, and we just purchased our SIXTH vehicle from them, a 2014 Lexus. Every experience, whether with sales or service, has been top notch. You won't find a more honest bunch of people anywhere! Dave and Amy were extremely helpful during our recent purchase, and Dave went out of his way to have the Lexus serviced, and he personally detailed it to the point where it appears new. He took the time to explain all the bells & whistles on the vehicle. And you can't beat Moore's one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. We couldn't be happier!

13 Prius Plug In

I bought a 2013 plug in Prius and the sales people and mechanics were very honest and helpful. They gave me the facts on the cars that I was considering and let me make a decision without any pressure. I have only been treated courteously and promptly with all my dealings with Moores. No pressure sales, good listening, gave us options

We have an older Prius we love, but it was in for major repair and has 300K. Since it's the main commuter car, we looked at newer Prius on Moore's inventory. No pressure from Sales. Meanwhile we decided to repair our older Prius. Moore's listened to us and found a model with the features we wanted (and more!) at auction, for the price we wanted. Even though at that point we hadn't committed to buying, they let us know it was available. We said not at this time. Very gracious acceptance of our decision. Over the weekend we reconsidered?, on our own time and for our own reasons. Yesterday we bought a 2010 Prius V. Leather seats, pristine condition, all the features my husband wanted. Knowing we'd also recently had a big repair bill, Moore's brought the price down a bit. The buying process could not have been easier.

Two cars repaired on time in one week

It's tough when two cars need repair jobs in the same week. My 2005 Prius needed the hybrid battery replaced...I wasn't sure at first if I'd do the fix, since my Prius has 300 k, but the technicians were enthusiastic about how much useful life my car still had. The job was about $2500, and I couldn't replace my car for that. They knew I was thinking about buying a car from them, and they still stood behind their recommendation to do the fix. I'm so glad I listened! This same week our 2000 Camry needed $ 850 work. Work done in half a day, very quick. My daughter drives that car and it was important it be done on schedule so she could get back to school. Clean facility, easy access, friendly people.

Excellent as usual!

Needed to get another used car and went back to the dealership that has satisfied us before and once again! We have bought several used vehicles from Moores from Rick and now Amy and Dave are keeping the tradition going. Always nice selection of used Toyota and Lexus cars. Buying is easy as price is always fair to market value. My car was delivered well detailed and as with other cars purchased from Moore's should do well as I drive. The standard 1yr warranty is good to have IF needed. Moore's please keep up the good work (service department is also above average). JM

How car buying should be!! Painless!

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience as I have experienced at Moore's. Amy was great from start to finish- she was on point with every detail and very organized. We test drove a car on Monday and took delivery on Thursday. The paperwork process took all of 15 minutes and we were off! There was no up-selling or pushy sales tactics. What you see is what you get and it is quality- and they stand behind it!! We have also serviced a few of our vehicles at Moore's including the vehicle that we traded. We started going to Moore?s after repeat bad experiences at the local Toyota dealership which included pushing sales of unnecessary services. You will never experience this at Moore's. They actually have broken repairs out for me so that I know what is needed immediately, what can wait and what I need to start thinking about. They do great work, are very trustworthy and this is why I went to them to buy a car- I am glad I was able to give them my business!
