Very pleasant

I traded in my beloved Ford F-150 truck for a 2016 Ford Explorer. I am super picky and couldn't decide on the color, but my salesman was quite patient with me. He also helped with the finance deal relatively quick. He was Very informative about the vehicle's options and explained everything I asked about. In my opinion, they are a well oiled machine and it went smoothly.

Looking for a new truck

My fiance and I went to look for a new truck today at Gary Yeomans Ford. Upon arrival, David Creech was our sales person approached us and make contact. Mr. Creech was very pleasant and knowledgable about the Ford product. We did not have time today for a test drive, but made an appointment to test drive the truck tomorrow. To tell you the truth it's a sold product. Thank you Mr. Creech for your courteous and kindnness. You are pleasure to work with.

CHAMP!!!

Our salesman, "Champ", was awesome through the whole process, and then some, on purchasing our Lincoln! He was very accommodating to all our questions and concerns, showed us everything we wanted to know in operating the navigation panel, programming different functions, and so much more! Great Repair Services

All the staff that helped us in the auto body service area were very pleasant and professional. The staff that did the initial review and write-up of the damages on the car provided us with details on the process so we knew what to expect. The repairs took a little longer than we thought however, they called with updates periodically and were always pleasant when we called them. The car was returned to us fixed and clean, inside and out. At pickup, spent a short time in the waiting area which was very clean and comfortable.

Buying a new car

Had a very good experience when I went to Gary Yeoman Ford . Melissa helped me a lot in getting what I wanted in A car. She even worked with her supervisors when I. Wasn't there letting me know how she making out. In the end She got me just what I wanted.Mike helped me Melissa was unable to. I also thought Luis went out of his way to make me feel at home Thanks guys

Exceptional Service

I brought my Lincoln MKS in for an oil change which went fine but found I needed a part for my suspension. Part was ordered and work done. Then I learned from Marion, service rep. that you work on other brand vehicles. I ended up bringing in my Chrysler Van and you replaced front brakes and I purchased 4 new tires and signed up for Ford service credit plan. This was all possible because Marion was willing to help me get my vehicles back and forth from the dealership. My husband is handicapped and doesn't drive and this has become a problem for me. Thanks to Marion all went well. I couldn't be happier with this service visit.
