Great Service

My salesman "Champ" did a wonderful job!! With his help we found exactly the right vehicle at exactly the right price. He was extremely thorough explaining all the features, and the whole process was very efficient. All together it only took a few hours, and I was driving out in my new Escape. Doing business with Gary Yoemans Ford and Champ was a pleasure from beginning to end. I feel confident telling people that if they are looking for a new Ford that they need to check out Gary Yoemans. Thanks for everything!

Great Experience

Excellent Service

Everything went great ... as expected when you own a Lincoln (MKX), and when you go back to the very dealership from which you purchased that Lincoln. Angie Griffith scheduled the service call and Peggy Boyle was "on duty" when we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted upon arrival and the car was taken in for routine maintenance, as scheduled. We did not require a loaner car. When we came back for the car, it was washed and ready, again, as we expect from a Lincoln dealer.

not happy

I recently bought a 2013 Lincoln MKS from you. When I test drove the car there were floor mats In it. When the car was delivered there were no floor mats. That has been three weeks ago. Please get me my floor mats. Thanks, Walter W Greatrex.

Great Service!!!!

After dreading bringing my Explorer to a dealer for service, due to past negative dealer experiences, Gary Yeoman's was recommended as a trustworthy dealer. My experience was fantastic! Marion was the BEST to work with - I was not up-sold maintenance that was not needed, and was informed on things down the line that would need to be addressed, but not needing to be done right now. One of those things I knew about and had just gotten two quotes from other shops. Gary Yeoman's quote was half of what I was quoted from the others! Who would have believed a dealer would be less expensive? How nice it was to just have the work done that was needed! All I have to say is: BEST. DEALERSHIP. EVER.!! Thank you!.

A first-class car-buying experience

John Farrell is the best car salesperson I've had the privilege of working with in my 25 years of purchasing cars and my dad's 60+ years of purchasing cars. From his first phone call on Monday to his flexibility through some of our indecision in our process, John was a consummate professional who showed great care for my dad and I in helping to make sure we purchased the correct vehicle. He was patient, steady, and oriented toward educating my dad on the features of the car. He wasn't trying to "show it off," but he worked diligently to make sure the car was a good fit and that my dad was well-prepared to drive it. He patiently answered questions via email and text and he really understood my concerns about my dad's safety in driving as he ages. I truly just can't say enough good things about John and his helpfulness to us over the last few days. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with him to any customer considering the purchase of a new vehicle.

Customer satisfaction on our 2015 F-150

My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2015 F-150 from David Lynn on 5/31/15 and had a couple of concerns after we brought it home. David more than went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the minor repairs and even brought us a loaner while taking our vehicle to the service center. I highly recommend him as a sales representative and have been happy with the first time purchase from Gary Yeomans Ford.
