What a wonderful buying experience my family had on July

What a wonderful buying experience my family had on July 5, 2024. Mike Long (an Army Vet) in Sales with Joe, Wally and Nello in Finance made us feel like family through the whole process. My wife and I have been driving Hyundai for years and my brother-in-law works for GM. We have had two Hyundai vehicles but when we had and issue with service department at a local Hyundai dealer leaving us with a sour taste in our mouth my wife and I looked elsewhere. Mike reminded me of one of my Marine Corps buddies as we looked at purchasing a new vehicle. He answered all of our questions giving us facts not gimmicky rhetoric. This next part sealed the deal for us..... Joe listened to our financial situation and gave us options!!! Based on what we were buying and our situation Joe actually said that the Ford financing was not in our financial interest and suggested a well-known, reputable local lender and you know what....It was the best rate, even beating my own bank and another credit union. Wally and Nello made my wife and I made us feel like family. Just talking to us like we were at a family BBQ. Wally even commented on our lender and reiterated that we made a great choice for a lender that his own family has been using the same lender for about a decade or so and explained why he liked them. Wally never pressured us in getting any extra coverage but did show the benefit of one based on being a little upside down on our loan. At the end of it all we were given a $2 bill for good luck, something that the Dealer GM instituted when he first came aboard. In the end we got a more than fair value for our trade-in, actually higher than I thought we would get by a couple of thousand! We were treated with dignity, respect, and they listened to what we had to say! We were so impressed with them that our family walked away with 2 vehicles that day! If you need to a new car Gary Yeoman Ford is the place! Mike, Joe, Wally, and Nello were world-class professionals and even better people!

Worst car dealer ever!

Worst car dealer ever! My husband and I,both in our late 70's, where looking to buy a new 2024 Ford Maverick hybrid XL. But the price was way over the MSRP. The salesman was so slick, he said he had a 2023 Maverick hybrid XLT with 10,000 mi.at a price we couldn't refuse. He shows us a paper with magic marker written with prices and arrows going sideways and everywhere. They are masters of confusion! So he sold us a 2023 Ford Maverick hybrid XL10,000 miles, way over the price, because we thought we were getting a XLT. We could have purchased a brand new 2024 XL hybrid from another dealer for the same price. They also padded the price $2,900 with a UCC code, whatever that is? They never explained. The worst experience of elder abuse I ever had, coming from a car dealer. Don't buy there ,run as fast as you can to another Ford dealer. Buyer beware!

Steve Ervin, Frank Rollins, and the guy who says he is a

Steve Ervin, Frank Rollins, and the guy who says he is a General Sales manager, Jeff Horning.They call, email, and leave text and voice mail messages to me on a friends phone. I have never stepped foot in that dealership nor looked to buy a car from them. They do not care about the fraud they are perpetuating or the risk innocent people are being subjected to. They tell you there is nothing the can do about it - it’s their system. Left several messages for the GM, Jerome Allan to call me back to get this resolved. He can’t be bothered.

Took advantage of 2 people on Social Security.

Took advantage of 2 people on Social Security. Do everything in your power to know the price of the vehicle BEFORE you get in the finance office because they fudge the numbers. The got me for $6000 more than I was willing to pay. My bad that I did not read all the 50 papers they sped through at me. Buyer Beware!!!
