It was a wonderful experience. The environment is stress free and the salesmen were very professional. A variety of nice cars to choose from. They take the time to make sure you get what you need.

The entire experience has been pure xxxx. I work in sales, I understand wanting and needing those sales, but there's an ethical way to go about it. I know...I do it. I don't like being lied to over and over and over again. I also don't like my payments being raised (Which from what I've learned happens all the time to customers, because Own A Car has the right to change a contract at any given time, claiming it's the bank. Multiple customers reporting such happening to them). There's just too many negatives to list. I don't have the time. I will never purchase a vehicle here again. Once I can refinance I will pay off my vehicle, then pay back the institution that refinanced me. NEVER to return. If they want me to return they would have to work honestly and bluntly with me from here on out. I doubt that's going to happen.
