The cars are mostly salvaged and all their cars have zero gas in them when you drive off prompting them to tell you they’ll give you a gas card if you write a positive review about them. Also they tell you it’s $500 down, but it always ends up being more close to 1500 to 2000 and the guys are staring at you like hogs and look like creeps and make you feel uncomfortable they also offer no help if your car is in the shop and lie to you even if you have your warranty that they cant help you I’m honestly surprised they haven’t got sued or protested

Salvage vehicles, all or most are bought from salvage lots. Most have been totaled. Put back together, cleaned the titles from damages. It's a scam practiced in a lot of states. Know what you are buying before you buy it.

Own a car is terrible car company. Sold us an unsafe vehicle. The car had " been in a small fender bender" which turned out to be more than that. Went to collision company only to find out I was driving my family in an unsafe vehicle which should not been on the road. Not my words....on the road. It took them over a year to finally fix most of the problems with it, but refused to fix it entirely. Then when out in Vegas in this summer hot weather, got a flat only to find out that the spare was not co.vattable with the vehicle and redused.to pay the 800.00 dollar fee the tow truck bill. Don't give them your harsuckered.... earned business for they are the wort car company in California just looking for another sucker....

2019 Hyundai accent purchased with 40,000 miles. Wish I could leave a no star, they sold me a car that broke down three days later, after they "fixed" it; it broke down a week later they "fixed" it again just for it to break down...lol. I finally got it back and two months later it broke down and left me stranded. Mitchel told me they wouldn't help me but could refer me to a mechanic lol, like they no a good mechanic.

I do not recommend buying a car from these people. They are overly attentive until you buy the car but then do not honor the assumed “sellable condition”of the car. Within 24 hours of driving our 2020 Ford Escape off the lot an engine light came on. I had to fight with a manager to have them take responsibility for the sell ability of their product. Once they accepted responsibility they wanted it done in “their” garage of whom ordered the wrong part and left us without our “just purchased” car for weeks. We asked to speak to an owner and never received a call. They refused to rent a car for us nor did they give us a loaner car because they claimed loaner cars were “for people who have engine replacement type issues). This was after we were told, when buying the car, that “when repairs are done we would be provided a loaner” (again, they say whatever they need to get a buyer into a car). This business has cost us far more than just the cost of our car. I hope you heed this warning and do not buy from this business. It is a headache and hits the wallet hard!

Them and their GAP insurance will weasel their way out of paying and try to play the blame game, bunch of scammers. Now I’m on the hook for 8k with no car ! Think twice before doing business here.

Going to Own a car was the worst decision I’ve ever made! The car was beautiful on the outside but what I have paid in fixing issues with the car I could have definitely paid the car off now I see why they bribe you with a gas card to do a online review in front of them cause they couldn’t get the reviews they have on their websites with out a bribe they have no care for the consumers don’t let the chill attitudes and fake smiles have you thinking the have your best interests in mind do your selves a favor DO NOT LET ME SAY IT AGAIN DOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT GO TO OWN A CAR YOU WILL REGRET IT I CAN ALMOST PROMISE THAT I wish I would of listened to everyone who told me not to go to them but the one good thing that has come out of this nightmare is im now well educated on consumer rights and the does and don’ts most importantly the laws the car dealer ships must follow so they definitely have not seen the last of me
