Horrible experience

Kids running around touching everything. Employees not disinfecting counters and desks after sitting down with customers. Employees walking around without masks on and the owner has a serious attitude issue. If they can’t follow COVID rules and restrictions, I can only imagine what rules they break as a business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

My name Wendy and I am the Operations Manager here at Butler Auto Sales Inc., We at Butler Auto Sales are very upset by the statement given. We do not know who Mr. Jones is or why he did not ask to speak to the owners or myself about his perceived issues with the business. We are currently and have been since the beginning been compliant with all rules and regulations of both New York State and the CDC. All of our employees do wear masks whenever they are within six feet of customers or other employees. We have Plexiglass Barriers on all sales desks, The desk at our front desk, and in our service department, these barriers are in place in the areas where our employees come in contact with customers. We absolutely do clean the desks and counter areas after each customer has left. Every Desk and counter has cleaner and towels so that no matter what employee is using the area they can sanitize and wipe down the area once a customer has left the area. Our waiting area is cleaned every time customers leave the area. Every desk and counter has hand sanitizer for both customer and employee use. We have two restrooms one for customers and one for the techs in the shop, both areas are supplied with anti-bacterial soap and are cleaned numerous times throughout the day. We employ a cleaning service who comes in several times during the week, This service cleans and sanitizes both of our locations. We have tape through out our building's clearly marking six ft between for distancing. There are areas at the front counter also clearly marked for distance as well. When a tech has to get into a customer car. They wear a mask and gloves as well as put a disposable steering wheel cover on the vehicle, when the tech is done they repeat this process and take the car to the wash bay where the vehicle is washed. The gentlemen in the wash bay also wear gloves and masks. We take our employees temperatures daily. If an employee does not feel well they would be sent home. We thankfully have not had an employee be ill during this time. We have a waiting area in which only two customers at a time may be present. If they are not together they must wear there masks in our waiting area. We also provide chairs in front of our building and a tent in our lot that contains chairs and a table for customers who are waiting to be able to be comfortable and social distance. As for the allegation of kids running around IF a customer brings their children with them we ask them to please wait in tent area, as children are children and do run around. We had an incident three weeks ago, in which a customer came in, refusing to wear a mask and proceeded to get right in the face of one of our female employees and scream at her, at which time Mr. Butler came out of his office and forcefully told the gentleman to leave as he had no mask and was accosting one of our employees. We have had to ask numerous customers to wear a mask, we even have disposable ones that we have given to customers, who did not have one. It is extremely offensive to the owners and staff here at Butler Auto Sales, to be accused of such slanderous allegations. We strive to provide outstanding customer service. We have gone above and beyond to protect our customers and our employees. Such Slanderous fabrications of this level is not something we take lightly. We will defend ourselves, however we have too.

Great Service

Phillip our sales guy met us at the lot to look at a truck , he had a very upbeat attitude...not one of those pushy sales person. We also met with Tyler Butler on the purchase and trade of our vehicle and was very surprised how easy it went.. We are still waiting on a few things to be serviced on the vehicle, but so far we have no complaints and would definitely recommend them both to friends and family.

A great buying experience!

Honda Civic

We bought a 2016 Honda Civic from Butlers. Everyone we worked with was absolutely fantastic. They were great with answering all of our questions and have a very friendly staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
