Almost blew a sale but came through in the end. I purchased a new 2025 leftover Bronco. The sale was jeopardized by not telling me up front the vehicle was being used as a demo vehicle which was not disclosed on the website description. In the end the discount and ability of Duval Ford to meet my price and credit terms secured the sale. Pro tip for the future: full disclosure up front will avoid ill feelings. Showing a vehicle, even a demo with dog hair in it can be a deal killer.

The sales experience was excellent.
The sales experience was excellent. Mr. Davis was very helpful and efficient. Management was cordial and appreciative. The dealership was very busy so the finance manager helped process my paperwork. All in all it was a very good experience.
