Best Dealer Experience

Hands down the best dealer I have ever been to. Outstanding customer service. Up front, no game playing. I drove 2 hours to go there and I would do it again. They are knowledgeable and professional. I got a fair trade in for my car and the whole process took less than 3 hours from arrival to out the door. Highly recommended!

2.5 hours to install 2 tires? really? and you couldnt put my spare back under because I didnt have my tools in my truck. I was told the tools were specific to each truck....I call bullcrap. You can buy those tools on Amazon for all ford trucks. Really thinking bout going back to Roundtree Ford in Lake City.

The best experience ever

Having never owned a truck I decided to keep an open mind on what make I purchased. Duval Ford was one of 4 dealers (all different makes) that I visited. On my 1st visit I met Brian Jones. I told him I was just in the looking stages and he made me feel so comfortable looking at different trucks and never pressuring me in any way. When I decided I was ready to test drive I reached out to Brian via email and let him know that was my preference in communicating. That was the beginning of 50 emails that allowed me to get the info. I needed to make my decision. Brian was so helpful and after 3 visits to Duval Ford I started feeling he was a friend instead of just a car salesman. After test driving 7 trucks, 3 of which were other makes beside Ford I decided to go with the F-150. I can truly say that this truck purchase was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Duval Ford and if you want the best salesmen just ask for Brian Jones.
