    WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP WE MET GARY BERGER WHO SHOWED US THE VEHICLE WE WERE INTERESTED IN. MR. BERGER SPENT A LOT OF TIMEEXPLANING THE "{BELLS AND WHISTLES" ABOUT THE 2015 EQUINOX,WE PURCHASED' WE FEEL THAT MR.     Wanted to upgrade from my Equinox to a Traverse, so of course I went back to Nimnicht Chevrolet, been going there for cars since 1989 when I bought my first new truck. I have to say though that this time I was a little put off by the salesman that helped me the first day I went to look, he was very young and treated me like I didn't really know what I was talking about, so I ended up leaving that day without buying. Nick called me the next day and asked if I would be willing to come back up and speak with Robert Griffith who works in the vehicle exchange department. I agreed and went back up the next day. Robert was a great help and made me feel very welcomed and he also treated me with respect. He listened to what I wanted in the Traverse I was looking to upgrade too and helped me find the one that was a right fit for me. Once I found the one I wanted I went back home and got my husband and we went back so he could test drive the car and make sure he liked it too, which he did. Robert was nice enough to even think both of us for our military service when he found out that we are both retired Navy veterans. He then sent us to David in finance to do all our paperwork. David also thanked us for our service and answered all our questions, which I had a lot of, concerning our paperwork and got us through that as fast as he could so that we didn't have to be there any longer than necessary. When we finished there Shane O'Brien came out and went over all the functions on the car of which there was a lot because this one was fully loaded. He helped us get my phone at least synced with the Bluetooth, got our OnStar connected and explained how all the functions worked. I'm sure that I will have to be calling him back to help me again because I don't think I'll remember how everything works. He told me that anytime I needed help just to give him a call and he would be glad to explain how something worked if I forget. He also thanked us for our service, which means a lot to my husband and I, because we are both very proud to have served our country. The younger sales people there could take a few pointers from these 3 gentleman on how to treat a customer no matter if that customer is male or female.

    Robert Griffith was a great help, he helped the wife pick out the Traverse she wanted and then when she came and got me and we went back up, he answered all my questions, let me test drive it to make sure I liked the car too, and had already gotten with David in finance to have all the paperwork ready to go. David answered all our questions and then when were finished there Shane O'Brien came out and went over all the equipment with us and how to use it. Very good experience overall.
