Having worked in Sales for over a decade, I can easily recognize insincere or pushy approaches. That’s never been the case here. Erika is just about the sweetest young lady I have met in a while! She's sweet and very personable. I felt like I was being taken care of by a close friend. I am a disabled older woman and she was very attentive to my needs. I could go on about this beautiful young lady. She was as beautiful in her soul as she is outside. Two thumbs up 👍👍. Ericka was a breathe of fresh air. Top notch customer service. Very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She is not the typical sales representative. She goes over and beyond and I appreciate things like that during processes such as making big purchase.
