Sons first buy
Son was buying his first car and we drove from Tallahassee to see a used truck in person we were considering. Salesman Melvin Durden was helpful. He had made a deal that we were good with. We just wanted to take a few minutes away to make sure his decision was a good one. A Ricky Carpenter walked up to my son with a lollipop stick in his mouth and proceeded to ask my son "he knew what the vehicle price was....why did he drive from Tally if he didn't want to pay the asking price?" I guess he thinks everyone's a idiot that will pay asking price without question and just wanted try and bully a young man. My 22 year son who was raised to be respectful to old people wasn't sure what to say. Mr.Carpenter was lucky that I was on phone discussing truck with my husband. I'm not so respectful. We left for a moment just to discuss and my son decided that as much as he liked the vehicle he could not in good conscience give them his hard earned money after that guy talked to him that way. That one exchange lost a sale and ruined a first buying experience. Never give them your business if they allow that type of bullying.

Would not deal with another dealership
This dealership is awesome, I purchased a used Jeep from Honda of Ocala. I take it there for all my service needs. Joe my service agent is the best I have ever seen. Since then I purchased a Honda Accord for my wife. We dealt with our salesman Chris, he was extremely patient and understanding in answering all my wife's questions. If you go to Honda of Ocala ask for John Sims, Chris Rodman, Kevin Cash, Ovi Chisu, Kenneth Daniels, and Troy Vandal and tell them Billy said hello, they are all like family to me. If you go to any other dealership you have not seen the best.

Great first time experience
This was my first car purchase from a dealership and everyone we worked with that day sure it was a great experience. No fake , pushy salesman talk at all. They were very patient and helpful . I would recommend them to any one .

Love my CRV

Great Car Bying Experiance with Andrew Talsky
I found the car we were looking for online and called to confirm the availability and clarify if the car pictured was the one on the lot since there was a discrepancy in the color and interior description shown on line. This dealer was 1 1/2 hours away from our home so we wanted to be sure before traveling to buy that everything was worth making the trip. (i.e. color and model and pricing negotiation room) Andrew Talsky answered and was immediately attentive to what I was asking. I normally detest dealing with answering the pre-sale personal info Q&A that car dealers all seem to go through before "just answering" a particular question. Andrew said he would check on the car and confirm then and call me right back which he did in no time at all. Then we discussed some pricing on the phone and we happy to make the drive there to the dealer. Once arriving there at 5PM, Andrew let us "the customers" ask what we wanted to know and was not pushing the sale which I appreciated greatly as an informed buyer and potential customer. I usually will walk away from aggressive sales tactics. Andrew was very knowledgeable and courteous during our visit and throughout the purchase process, that only took about an hour and half to complete including the car detailing. We already had our financing arranged so that saved some time as well. I would highly recommend that if you are going to this dealer call and speak to Andrew or ask for when you arrive. He truly does get the first rule of sales "listen to the customer first" and help them get what they are looking for. I have been ready to buy and walked away from at least 5 other sales deals because the sales person would not listen. They just wanted push their sales mantra from the start. Andrew truly was great to work with and I am glad he got our business.

It was the third Honda Accord which I purchased in twenty year. To me Honda car is reliable vehicle. Honda dealer has good customer services in services deparment. Salesperson Frank has outstanding talent.

Friendly service
Brandon was very friendly from point A to Z. Even when it comes to getting service on my other honda vehicle he is always there to greet me and lead me in the right direction. Honda of Ocala
My experience at Honda of Ocala was very good from start to finish. The sales person who helped us, Brandon, was very helpful in knowing what I was looking for in a car and eventually we found the right one. He knew a lot about the cars he showed to us and didn't hesitate to help with anything we needed. Out of all the dealerships we went to, this one had the best prices and by far the best customer service. They are very friendly, not pushy at all, and I would definitely come back if I had to buy a car in the future.
