This is the Second Honda Pilot I have purchased from Brandon Joiner. He was very helpful in the purchase and his follow up was out standing. I like the capability to explore your vehicles on line and then come in and purchase. This is a very good Dealership with friendly staff.

We are so happy with our purchase. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. We did not get that "creepy, stalkerish" feeling like other places we visited. Robin Williams was no joke! If you are looking for a car, ask for Robin. He is awesome!

I'm very pleased with my new Civic sedan and sales process. Sales Consultant Kevin Cash did a great job helping me select my vehicle and getting it setup to my preferences. Ricky Carpenter spent time understanding my financial questions and helped put a price together that met my needs. Ovi Chisu expertly prepared my Honda American loan and other necessary paperwork. In all, a very smooth process.

Andrew was extremely helpful in the car buying process. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but he was able to take into consideration my price limits and other things I wanted and found the perfect car for me.

If you take your Honda in for service to the Honda of Ocala, I highly recommend you request the service department associate, Matthew Altmannsberger. He sincerely cares for those he assists and he is very accommodating. He definitely goes above and beyond.

The folks at Honda of Ocala really worked to sell us a car. we were really impressed with Frank and Chris. Both bent over backwards to help explain stuff and answer our stupid questions (we're old and tech challenged). Also got a lot of assistance from the numbers cruncher, Ovi, who also was veyy patient with us.

I have purchased several cars of the years and this experience, by far, was the best one I have ever had. Whether it was a new car purchase or used car purchase, from beginning to end (yes, finance included), the process was smooth, seamless and sincere. Matt, Brandon and Ovi are three of the nicest sales and support personnel I have encountered and I am actually in sales as a profession. If you are looking to shop from the internet . . .don't hesitate, go with Matt. If you happen to walk in to the dealer, ask for Brandon. And finally, if you must obtain finance, make sure you ask for Ovi. I can't think of a nicer group of sales guys. I hope their integrity and kindness yield them joy as they continue in their endeavors.
