I usually have great service but this time around I came
I usually have great service but this time around I came in with a low tire pressure light on and knew that there was a nail in my tire so I’ve been filling air every 3 months or so. They explained that it was not repairable and quoted new tires along with other items that should be addressed. Before I could tell them to go ahead with everything, I received a message that my car was ready along with the bill. When I picked up my car, the tire pressure light was still on and they didn’t even bother to fill it so I did on my way home. Now, I have to schedule another visit somewhere and take another day out of my schedule to get my tires replaced, etc.

've purchased a car from this dealership before and
've purchased a car from this dealership before and always received great service with no issues. However, the recent service on a family member’s car was disappointing. After an inspection, we were told the car needed a new air filter. When I checked it myself, I found the bolt securing the air filter casing was broken, leaving it partially open—exposing the engine to dirt. While past experiences have been positive, this one fell short of the dealership’s usual standards.

Salesman Richard Mendoza was great super helpful and very transparent most dealership will post a price and when you buy the car they will charge you for everything and Arlington Toyota did not do that I pay exactly the price I seen online definitely recommended

On March 15,2025 We came in to Arlington Toyota wanted to talk to a representative regarding a few questions we had of a car that we bought at Arlington Toyota. Two Guys that work there were able to help us out with that. Fatjon and Ardi were amazing of helping us out, with great personality very kind a patient showing us the cars we wanted to see and answering to all our questions.
