Arlington Toyota

Very pushy, unscrupulous behavior. We took car back to them because they didn't have us financed yet, they threatened to have the car towed back to us at our expense, even though the deal was never finalized. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this dealership for fear of being treated this unfairly. Terrible experience.

I honestly can say that i had a "One of a kind" experience here at Arlington Toyota. I looked for a 2015 TACOMA TRD PRO for months, called about 70-100 dealerships across the United States and Either they could not get the truck or they did not have it. My sales consultant Sylvia Brummitt, was the only person out off the 70-100 sales persons i talked to that took the extra step and went leaps and bounds to get the vehicle i was looking for. Before I knew it she had me on the phone asking about what color I wanted, accessories ect. Its a rare find to find a sales person that is willing to go that extra mile to make you happy, and out of all those people she was the ONLY one to be able to get me the Truck I wanted. From the moment I drove up, Jamie Rosado treated me with the up-most respect. He was a very honest, straight to the point kind of guy. He was very knowledgeable on the different vehicles and their assets. I am a 21 year old young man, and this isn't the first vehicle that I have purchased. The day I went to Arlington Toyota I was not really wanting to purchase a car. After talking with Don he made it sound so easy, my husband and I was like lets play along. But, Don made it so simple and painless. He also showed great hospitality. Don offered us water, coffee popcorn, hot dogs. I most defiantly will be back to Arlington Toyota and Don B will be my sales person.

I had been looking for a used truck for 3 Months, couldn't find one anywhere. I was looking on the internet and saw one that cought my eye at Arlington, I went right over there and hooked up with my new salesman Harry Best. He is by far the Best salesman i have dealt with, He made my buying experience easy as pie. I was in and out in a couple of hours driving off in my new truck.
