For three years I had nothing but great service and was

For three years I had nothing but great service and was very pleased. Then…..I had an issue with my AC that needed to get taken care of quickly since the warranty was getting near expiration. Needless to say after 3 different visits and being told “there’s nothing wrong” and “they’re all like that” the warranty expired and Stonebriar was off the hook. Here’s a clue, AC is supposed to be cold. Thats the whole idea. If it isn’t cold, there is a problem. If anyone would have listened to me they would have known it. Actually, I think they did know and just didn’t want to be on the hook for an expensive repair. Even the service manager said it was fine. So, so disappointing and I won’t go back. There are WAY too many Chevrolet dealers in the metroplex that wouldn’t leave a loyal customer flap in the wind the way Stonebriar did to me. Lesson learned, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Great Service Department and Caleb is top notch.

Great Service Department and Caleb is top notch. Made a schedule on Tuesday for Friday at 3:00 and was checked in and all was done in a timely manner. My only issue was they don't have cold water. Had to go ask for some from the Sales department.

If I could give NO stars I would.

If I could give NO stars I would. Potential buyers, please use this review as a huge warning to NOT purchase a vehicle at Stonebriar Chevrolet. I went into the dealership already approved thru my preferred lender with a rate I wanted, payment I wanted and the ease of transferring payment from that already established bank account for the auto payment. I was completely MISLED, LIED to repeatedly and nobody cared except, sorry..... Nicky Craddock was the finance person I did the agreement with. I asked him, that is Capitol One we are using correct? and he said, "yes", that was a lie. He had shopped my credit and used a different lender, which I had NO IDEA at a rate only so so slightly less than what I already had. I was not ever told differently. He informed me they would do "paperless" and email me my documents. You guessed it, he DIDN'T until TEN DAYS later after I repeatedly asked for them. He had lied to my salesperson saying he sent them, which he hadn't as I asked for proof of screen shot or something. I found out THUR THE MAIL on day 7 after my purchase that my loan was financed with someone else, not Capitol One. Yes, I was furious. I asked for a manager to call me. Finally, Pete Espinosa called me only to say...there is nothing they can do. Lie after lie, nobody cared, nobody, and I have a lender I didn't want nor was told I had. I then told him I need an upper level management to call me. Shortly after that, and only ONCE a man named Luis called and left a message. I called back 5 times and he never called again. From top to bottom they will lie and cheat and screw you over to get a deal. Once the deal is done they are done with you. Zero customer care. This is my warning to you as buyers, beware. I will report them to BBB and contact appropriate legal avenues to stop this from happening. All men, I am a women, maybe a double warning to female buyers?!! Nicky, Pete and Luis are the names to really avoid. There are several other really good Chevy dealers in the Metro plex use them if at all possible. I forgot to mention how laborious the purchase process itself was in making a deal. The guy twice put down incorrect numbers on the paper, maybe thinking I wouldn't notice????.... Well, I am responding publicly. Interesting response to my strong and true complaint. They know who I am why not reach out to me instead of telling me to call? I already called THREE people and it was pointless. I will call the advised person in this response from the dealership and report back to the public what was achieved, if anything.
