Kelly Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I went to Kelly because I was checking out 4 door trucks on the auto mile. At this point I had already put a deposit to hold a 2018 Silverado until it was ready. I really had no thoughts of changing my mind. Salesmen Craig Hower came out to greet me and showed me quite a few Ram trucks. After a test drive, and speaking with Craig, I found myself with a potential decision to make. I brought my wife back the next day to show her the vehicle, and give it another spin. After a little negotiating, I became a Ram owner. Probably one of the best car or truck purchasing experience of my life. Thanks again guys, and ladies.

As soon as I walked through the door everyone was pretty friendly but then Jessica came up to me was super friendly and polite and actually listened to what I wanted and needed in a car. So as we looked around she said you dont have to buy today and that was really reassuring to me but I ended up buying a charger after the test drive and she really worked with me on the lease and my warranty! So happy cant wait to go back!

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased at Kelly automotive and the 2nd from Tim Sparrow. Tim is a real car guy who knows his product, treats you well and is a straight shooter. Tim is the BEST! From that second we walked in the door, I knew Tim was going to be who we bought our Jeep from. He is informative but not overwhelming & isnt just trying to make a sale. Mike was extremely helpful and patient while we were shopping for a new vehicle. He was accommodating and took the time to answer all our questions.
