Everyone at autonation was super helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We are so grateful for everyone there that helped make our dream car a reality. We had tons of snags in the road but they handled them all with ease. We are so grateful to them, especially Diego. He advocated for us and addressed every issue with respect and patience. Friendly easygoing not too many people are like this They did their very best for me looking at trying to get the car in my dream which I did and the payments are not too steep Just extra down payment made everything great!

Took my vehicle in on Christmas Eve due to a breakdown.

Took my vehicle in on Christmas Eve due to a breakdown. The service advisor checked in vehicle and promptly called me the day after w/ diagnosis. My vehicle had a 3rd party extended warranty and Autonation called and filed the claim for fixing and had it repaired in 24 hours. My out-of-pocket was minimal compared to the overall fix-it price. Very merry Christmas for me!

On 12/2/24 I called 509.

On 12/2/24 I called 509.924.1150 local Autonation Chevy number and made an appt. for 12/24/24 7am to have a hitch installed on my son's car, this was his Christmas present. Arrived at 7 am and was greeted by RUDE Gary, asked me if I ordered the part or have my own I said well I told her what size hitch you guys are to have the part, he says well that's just a call center did u call here to order the parts, uh no why would I do this I ordered them when I scheduled, well they don't know what they are doing I don't know if we have your parts I'm here by myself parts don't open until 8am, I ask why am I here at 7 if parts don't open until 8, I ask don't u check before an appt if u have the parts he tells us they are too busy for that at 530 pm closing up they only see things a couple days ahead. Bree calls me at 8am appx., no parts tells me it's just a quote I needed to order parts and I never paid. I'm tell her what the xxxx are u talking about I have never ordered the parts and paid EVER, before the work u all do that- no one told me any of this, well u called Vegas not us, I called your local number during business hours, more arguing I hung up went and got car talked to manager said never doing business here again, he apologized I said this was my sons gift he said the Vegas people should have explained it better- this is an INCOMPETENT BUSINESS WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES, manager was not rude if anything I was rude to him I had enough !

I have purchased 2 used vehicles from AutoNation

I have purchased 2 used vehicles from AutoNation Chevrolet now. They have always treated me right & taken good care of me. 12/21/24- You guys went above and beyond and helped me secure a newer vehicle with all the specs I was looking for and even worked a better deal. Special thanks to Bill Noble & Cole & the one other gentlemen that I accidentally forgot his name. They waited for me to come over from Montana and stayed open to help us close the deal so thank you guys! With the market being the way it is today for used vehicles & loans it is very tough. The quote i originally got was a bit high and I understood that going into this. BUT the team at Autonation Chevrolet (Bill Noble, Cole, & any others that helped make this happen) went out of their way to work a deal with the bank and get me into a newer vehicle and the payments practically the same! You guys did a great job & I was shocked and extremely impressed. They definitely will keep my business with the service they continue to provide me going on the last 4 years! Pls note the reason for the upgrade was because the 2018 Acadia did start to show some issues. And for being a 2018 in the end of 2024 with only approx 92k miles is relatively good! I was not planning on getting a newer model but had to do what was best. I am just glad I got a newer model & with only 61k miles on it. Top photos were a 2018 Gmc Acadia I got back in November '21 & i just upgraded to a 2020 Acadia on Saturday!

Made an appointment for a transmission issue.

Made an appointment for a transmission issue. Arrived at the dealer service department and was told I did not have an appointment. Rescheduled the appoitnment specifically noting that I was have a transmission issue. Arrived at my appointment and was told their transmission person was on vacation. I would have preferred to have been notified before taking time out of my day to drive to the dealership. Was asked if I would like to reschedule. No thank you I have been to your service department twice whith out my car being looked at. Will not be back.
