The experience we had was outstanding.

The experience we had was outstanding. Joshua Ankney was very professional. He was so helpful in guiding us through the purchasing process. We appreciated his knowledge on how to navigate through the apps which were equipped on the vehicle plus those which were purchased. We even contacted him prior to the scheduled Q & A session to ask about a few features. The staff we met from financing, parts & service, Q & A personnel & management were very friendly. So happy we chose AutoNation..

Anthony Locher Davis was a great help!

Anthony Locher Davis was a great help! Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful with helping me trade two vehicles in, in order to purchase a new vehicle, and went the extra mile with his assistants. Anthony made the entire process super easy which I greatly appreciated. Justin Robb also did a great job going through the purchasing process and my monthly payment options. Overall this experience with Autonation Subaru Spokane Valley was great and I will highly recommend to anyone that is planning on purchasing a vehicle. They really look out for their customers. 10/10.

Sales associates were very good, basically bending over

Sales associates were very good, basically bending over backwards to accommodate our wishes only to be stymied by sales managers so we left. We got a call from a salesman later that day asking us to come back and sit down to work on the deal a little bit more. After going back the next morning I signed a sales agreement within 15 minutes. The facility itself is quite nice but during the first visit there was an employee appreciation luncheon taking place with at least 50-75 employees sharing a buffet in the middle of the showroom. This made the environment very noisy and chaotic.

I was very pleased with my overall experience buying a

I was very pleased with my overall experience buying a Costco car from AutoNation., With one possible caveat. I wanted a pearl or ivory white Subaru outback tourism XT but was told there were none available on the lot and that one might be coming in December, but not for certain, And that there were no guarantees it would have all the options I wanted on it. So I went in ahead and bought a dark blue model, which I really like, except that it shows dirt much more than the white one I had Wanted, yet there were many white ones parked on the lot. So I suspected that I was sold a car that the dealership wanted to get rid of for one reason or another. Other than that the overall experience was very pleasant with no high-pressure sales tactics. Stephen Busby, my sales rep, was excellent, and he even delivered my Dodge truck to Sandpoint At no charge so that I could pick it up and take it home from there, which saved me at least four hours of driving and having to get a friend go with me to bring my dodge back so that I could take delivery of my Subaru. All in all it was a great experience and I think Stephen Jackson and others for all they did to make it worthwhile, Mark Owens
