Very easy process and listened to what I wanted vs what they wanted to sell me. Good service! They also have followed up after my purchase to see if had any issues. I feel like I can always get the help I need.

Cost of service was misquoted and overpriced. You're likely to find better customer service elsewhere.

The oil change was rather quick. Two people came by and told .me of the snacks. Everybody was Very nice nice and helpful. I liked the quick service.

Tyler Burch and Anthony Locher-Davis teamed up to help us get our new Crosstrek. Tyler was quick and helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us through the process. We appreciated all the help and arrived at the dealership prepared to make our purchase. Anthony did a great job with the closing. He was professional and accommodating. Lacy Garcia was excellent reviewing our options available for our new car. We appreciated Gail Swensen welcoming us to the Subaru family. The gift at the end was a nice touch, too. Excellent and complete in your service of my Forester.I was going to Downtown Subaru for service but I now like Valley Subaru better.

My wife and I can honestly say we had a very good car buying experience at Autonation Subaru Spokane Valley. Both the Sales Associate and the Manager were light hearted and helpful. What could have been a teeth grinding and overwhelming experience was far less ominous because of the patience and smiles from the employees. We will most likely be back in the future!

We always get focused, thoughtful care when at this dealership. We choose to take our cars for maintenance to the dealer because the unique aspects of each car these days requires care by mechanics who know it best and who have the appropriate equipment.
