Poor after sales communication.
Poor after sales communication. Multiple calls. Most cases had no answer; did not call back; did not respond to questions; can not find license plates; wanted us to drive 2+ hrs. to pick up plates.

Still won’t call. All action has to be initiated by complainant. Appears they don’t want to be bothered. No response made to multiple emails directed to dealership regards keys, vehicle additives, etc. Left message for licensing and finance person (LG) to call but never did. Long call with 30+ year employee did not have any results.

Overall experience was great. Vehicle was available and ready to drive when we arrived. They lived up to their ?1Price? promise on used vehicles, finance clearly described our options. Wes was helpful on the test drive and Hector was fantastic while pending credit approval.

There was some confusion about where the car was located
There was some confusion about where the car was located at first, but Tyler, Adam, and everyone else at the Subaru dealership were quick to get the issue corrected. They were flexible and understanding, and getting a deal done was a surprisingly smooth process. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to work within the terms we set.

I was there for 8 hours. It was a terrible experience. After the 8 hours they tried to sell me on everything they could. I applaud the persistence but Jesus man.
