Don't fool customers by saying you can't speak Eng

I have financed a Sienna in DCH Toyota of Torrance at the September 30th of 2017. It was a 72 month finance with the protect insurance. However, being too costly, I have returned to cancel the protect insurance at the 14th of October, the Saturday of the 2nd week buying the car. The fiancing employee at the time was named Dean, letting my family know that we could cancel the insurance any time as long as it was done within a month of the purchase. Dean had informed us that although the insurance was cancelled, the payment, due to it's contract with the bank being fixed, would remain the same but the months would decrease. Thus, I had known the end of the payments as December of 2022. At the time of cancellation, I had requested a cancellation form but he mentioned that because it was in record, a form wouldn't be needed. Despite reinsisting the form, Dean had shown us his monitor and told us that the insurance had been cancelled. Trusting his words, my family has payed a monthly fee of $547.28 for a total of $5788. In reality, Dean had not cancelled the insurance but only acted as if he did. He had decieved us with his lies and actions


the price is not the price

the price on you see on their new and used inventory is just a price to get you in, they have forced dealer installed items and markups for all vehicles. If you are buying a car stay away from this dealer look else where.

Thank You Mo!

Hi , I was just having a causal day and decided to swing into the dealership just to see new cars never expected to walk away with anything at all. Then I was approached by Mo , he offered me great customer service and to my surprise he got me into a brand new 2023 Toyota ! He literally made my day he was very patient and worked with me. The used car store to go to

Good selection of used cars. It was worth the drive because I got a awesome deal on my used Camry. It even had tinted windows. Thank you Seth and dch toyota.

I’ve been shopping around for weeks looking at used Camry options and came across several I liked at Torrance Toyota. When I stopped by to check them out I told the salesman I wasn’t buying today but wanted help with a few I saw online. He was helpful offering me a test drive and answering my questions about the different options they had. Hopefully the car is still available when I’m ready to buy because it seemed to be a good price and lower miles which I liked. Seth was patient with me so I’ll be back for sure.

Lacking good customer service

Made a purchase from their pre-owned lot a week ago. After driving the car only twice, it stalled on my way to work. Notified my sales agent, but he stated he no longer worked there. Notified dealer about my situation via emails and various phone message to no avail. Attempted to have it towed, but was told by service agent that their dealer was not a storage location, and that I would need to speak with sales manager. I mentioned to her that I had already been transferred to various extensions. Additionally, I was in an area where I did not feel comfortable leaving the newly purchased car. In between her irked demeanor, she stated she would now send an email on my behalf describing my situation. After not receiving a response, I attempted to schedule a regular service appointment, in hopes that I could finally have the car towed and have it checked out as soon as there was an availability. Service agent seemed upset that I was calling yet again, and said that I could not schedule a service appointment until I spoke with a sales manager. After waiting all morning and afternoon for a call back, I towed the car to a safer location. It’s been 1 day 1/2 and have yet to receive any type of message from anyone at the dealer.

My lease was coming to an end so I decided to come in and check out what my options were. The salesperson we worked with, Amado Cocio, was such a pleasure to work with. He was transparent, straight forward, and did whatever he could to get the best deal for us! We appreciate you! Our finance manager, Alex, was also very kind, informative, and patient! Great service!

I saw a few cars online that I was interested in and came in to check them out. Upon arriving, we were greeted and assisted by a salesperson named Selene Hernandez. I’m so thankful to have worked with her. I get nervous walking into a dealership because of pushy salespeople, but she was the complete opposite. She was accommodating, honest, patient, and extremely helpful. I ended up leaving the dealership with my 2018 Highlander that I fell in love with online! Thank you, Selene, for all of your help! Everyone at the dealership was so nice! I highly recommend this dealership with any of your car needs!
