I hadn't purchased a new car in 13 years. I found it difficult to decide which car to buy because I didn???t know if I wanted to leave the Toyota bran...d. I???ve been with my Toyota Corolla for a long time and I had to part with it after the car was going to cost more to fix than what it was worth. When I inquired online I looked for the same version of my Corolla in silver and Thomas helped me out. He was so prompt with his response to me I definitely went in to work with him. I got a new 2018 Corolla in Silver and it feels I got an upgraded version of my old vehicle. Thomas at DCH Torrance made me feel comfortable and at ease with my decision to buy from him. It was such a thrill to be in such good hands and be treated as special by my salesmen. I???m definitely satisfied with my purchase and would work with this dealership in the future.

I take my 2008 Camry in for normal maintenance, as I have always done at DCH Toyota. The next thing I know, my car will not be released back to me bec...ause the threads on my oil pan are stripped and I need the oil pan replaced - otherwise the drain plug will fall out and leak oil everywhere. That's funny because I wasn't leaking oil on the way over there... their explanation is that the wear and tear of oil changes eventually will strip the threads. So I have to pay for how they mistreat my car every time I take it there for an oil change? They are ripping out the drain plug and jamming it back in to save time so they can move on to other customers, and they think it is OK for me to pay for their business practices. If I asked Toyota HQ how many oil changes their oil pan is designed to handle, do you think they would confirm that it should last 30 to 40 oil changes, then give out? If I changed the oil myself, there is no way that would have happened, but apparently there is now an oil pan tax on oil changes when you pay them to perform the service for you.

Sat and waited for 20 min. 10 cars taken around me. Had an appointment too. Horrible service. I took my car back here because there was a recall on th...e sliding doors but while they were fixing that, they broke the sun shade. So now I???m back here for that! my next car will not be a Toyota. :( Horrible service.
