Great experience!!

Not only am I so pleased with my new Camry, I was also so impressed with the entire sales team. Lawrence, my sales advisor was wonderful, the managers was great and helpful and he finance team got me in and out of there in no time!!

Service that cant be beat

Bill Vas and Gene Song of DCH Toyota changed my thoughts about buying a new car. they transformed a typically very confrontational process to a wonderful experience Bill as a sales person was attentive and listened to my needs and requests. He was timely and made the process very pleasurable. Im very pleased with my new Camry. Gene Song was the finance manager and explained all of the various warranties etc with a clear concise explanations. i was not pressured but felt well informed and was able to make the best decision for me. thank you Bill and Gene and DCH Toyota johnt

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with DCH

We sold our car and bought two cars at DCH Torrance. Mr. Hudson Lee was the one very excellent customer service help us begin to end. He is very patience and nice. We are very happy. Also Manager Mr. Richard and fiance department Mr. Gene were very helpful. We are really thanks to Mr. Hudson. Very best sale person. We always have good customer service, they are very helpful.

new Prius Plug-in

I bought a new car from aaron. He was great! I got a great deal that was fast and smooth. The sales manager to the finance dept. were A+. If you are in the market for a Toyota you need to check out DCH!

wonderful!

I made an appointment to get my oil changed, they took me right in and washed my car, I waited in the TV room on very comfy chairs. They came around with warm fresh baked cookies. I did not want to leave when my car was finished. all employees were very friendly!

Excellent Service Department

DCH Toyota of Torrance has an excellent service department and the staff is helpful and courteous. The maintenance that my car has received is always excellent. Also, customer service agents make customers aware of the necessary repairs and they are helpful throughout the whole maintenance process keeping customers apprised about their vehicles' status,

Great place to shop

The selection was great. The facility is beautiful. Our service was outstanding with respect and knowledge from the employees we dealt with. The specials were better than other dealers. It was worth the drive to purchase our new Corolla.

Service is always prompt, courteous and fair

We have two Prius' from DCH Toyota. We recently moved from South Bay to Long Beach and decided to try local dealer. They claimed they could see my previous service history then proceeded to sell me a major service plus when I only needed a minor! Needless to say I am back to DCH for the honest, dependable and good service! So glad that Bryan Yoshida is there is the Service Dept. My car was ready in less than an hour! We will continue to go to DCH for all maintenance.

Great buying experience

I am one who does not want to hassle on pricing so I got my inquiry over the Internet. Honestly DCH Torrance was not the first to respond, but when we started our e-mail correspondence, the response was prompt. When you are in the market for a car, you have a lot of questions and all my questions were responded to within 24 hours. When I was ready to buy, I gave all my specifications and the purchase transaction was seamless. Ivann Garcia & Dana Boomhower gave me such a good buying experience, I love these guys! I will definitely give them my 5 stars and recommend them to Toyota lovers like me. By the way, I bought a Prius C3 and I nicknamed it Betty. I am loving my Betty!

The jury is out on the repair - time will tell

I purchased my 2010 Prius in March.2010. Love the car. . Sep 12,2011 @21669 miles replaced right low beam DCH Invoice 519000; Dec 19, 2011 @ 33565 miles replaced left low beam DCH Invoice 528288. I spoke with service manager. Carl Boyd. and told him I thought this was excessive and that there was a problem. He agreed that this is unusual (still under warranty0 and to call him if I had any more problems. May 20, 2013 I had the right bulb replaced by Kalispell Toyota, Kalispell, MT invoice 37252 $26.40 June, 2013 the left bulb blew out again. I spoke with Mr Boyd, or one of the service advisors, and was told to bring it in. The car was due for service so I brought in on July 3, 2013, DCH invoice 594293 and spoke with service advisor, Coby. I explained the history and he looked at the DCH invoices. He called me later and said the problem was with the wiring harness and they would have one on July 5th. I brought the car in on July 5th and the left headlight wiring.and bulb were replaced on DCH invoice 594470. I asked Coby about the right side and since it had not blown out since May 20th, I was not replaced. The repair was completed no charge (Goodwill), which ,I believe, was reasonable since the original problem was reported to them on Dec 19, 2011, within the warranty period. I believe the problem on the right side still exists and will still have to be repaired. I also believe I should be compensated for the bulb I purchased at Kalispell Toyota in Kalispell, MT. That is why I say the jury is still out!
