2011 F350 Purchase

I saw the description of the vehicle I wanted on the website and called for more info. Everyone that met with us was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The vehicle was as described, no surprises and the sale was completed in a timely manner. Even the sales tax was computed for our location in MN. Awesome.

Great salesman, extended warranty undesirable

The salesman and service portion of the sales experience was great. They deserve five stars. The closing made it difficult to lump it all together. The downside was the finance person. She aggressively pushed an extended warranty, which I did not want and still don't, when I was in an extreme hurry to pick up a friend at the airport. I didn't understand that it would cost me more than almost any repair. I should've refused to close until the next day when I could read the contract better. Read "Consumer Reports" advice on extended warranties (NEVER buy them).

2013 F150 Platinum

Arrived about 100 AM and left around 200 PM, people carrying food thru facility they had gone-out and bought. Auto Nation had no courtesy booth. Eat before you go there!
