They keep your vehicle too long and blame it on being

They keep your vehicle too long and blame it on being short staffed and they do not give updates on the vehicle. It’s like a cat and mouse game. Very Poor Customer Service!!!!!

Don't fall for the advertised price on a vehicle at this

Don't fall for the advertised price on a vehicle at this dealership, the real price will be several thousand more. This dealership adds on several things that only serve to increase the profit to the dealership. I attempted to purchase a F-150 from this dealership and worked with Mallory White and Omar Mustapha. I made a full price offer on a truck and they ghosted me. Would not respond with counter offers. I just did not want to pay for the dent protection and appearance protection packages that provide no increased value to the truck and only serve to increase the profit and income to the salespeople. They told me these packages are not optional, however, in their sales menu it clearly states these packages are optional, completely dishonest. These salespeople are two examples that give salespeople a bad reputation. Avoid dealing with them. If AutoNation Ford Memphis tolerates sales people like these it says a lot about their business practices and I would avoid this dealership. Ford dealerships are plentiful, choose any other but this one.

As an airline captain, I always look for excellence and that's exactly what I receive at Auto Nation Ford from our service advisor, Heather. While we didn't buy either of our Ford's at this dealership, we will give them the first opportunity, based on the quality of service we have been receiving.

Earl service advisor was pleasant.

Earl service advisor was pleasant. I set up an appointment for a Saturday and was called the day before letting me know that they did not have the parts for the recalls. Rescheduled for Wednesday. Asked multiple times about a loaner car as was promised with the FORD protect extended warranty. No availability. Also no offer to give me a ride or shuttle. All on my own. Unhelpful with 3rd party rental car. Ashley was rather unpleasant and not compassionate about helping out. I guess that is more of a dealership issue. There was no availability at local rental car agency. The Ford extended warranty and corporate staff were also not helpful And gave me the run around despite promising otherwise. Will certainly avoid Ford products and especially extended warranty in the future. Clearly all parties involved don't seem to care. Sad, very mediocre process. Don't expect a seamless experience!

Nice canned reply above, again the dealership doesn't really care. The above response provides a phone number for the "nameless" general manager who is supposed to care. I tried calling the number and it is a general number with options for sales, service or parts. No options for general manager. All about appearance, no substance!
