Very pleased with service advisor.
Very pleased with service advisor. He was able to work me in on a Saturday. Kept me updated. I have waited to respond until I actually was in my car at night. It was still hard to see while driving. My son checked headlight replacement and it was not completely installed in the connection. It was loose. But after this was corrected, headlamp was fully functioning.

I put my Explorer in the shop for a O2 sensor issue.
I put my Explorer in the shop for a O2 sensor issue. Also had a turbo charger booster issue both fixed within the price quoted. Bad thing is the rubber engine cover wasn’t put back on after the work. Went back and showed them the engine cover was gone. They replaced the cover as the original was not found.

Very disappointed with the way the sale paperwork was
Very disappointed with the way the sale paperwork was handled. I paid cash and have got a run around about the paperwork. The salesman said that my paperwork had to go to the county where the dealership is located even though I live in a different state. This seems unreasonable to me.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. I’ve had to take my car, which I bought from them brand new, into the dealership 4 times now in less than a month. They don’t call you back, they don’t care about your car. I’ve given them so many opportunities to make it right, and they just refuse to work with me. Do not buy a car from this dealership

Terrible service.
Terrible service. I bought a brand new bronco sport from them less than 3 years ago, and I’ve had to take it in FOUR times in less than a month. I’ve been very patient up to this point, but I’m so fed up with them, I have to warn other people to stay away. I’ve given them so many opportunities to make it right, and they refuse. Do not come here
