All in all i was very Please, How ever though.

All in all i was very Please, How ever though. I order a seat belt part that goes on my F150, Its been a week ,so I went by to check on it and stood a good 5 mins and no body ever came to the Parts counter and even one of the service guys went looking for a part person and never found one so I left and still don't know if my part has come in. Service advisor Barbara greeted me as I arrived.

Service advisor Barbara greeted me as I arrived. Since my 2020 Fusion was behind on service needs I was prepared to wait all morning. Barbara explained all that needed done, omitting items I said I could do. She helped me apply a coupon I got on my last visit. The work was done faster than expected and Barbara noted she saved me more money than had been estimated earlier. Driving away the car seemed like new. As an author I travel frequently on book promotions and spend a lot of time in the Fusion. Looking forward to the next trip.
