Was in to get first service on 2025 F150 Raptor R.

Was in to get first service on 2025 F150 Raptor R. I thought that the service was expensive but that may be the going rate for 11.5 qt. oil change. I thought that the truck came with points towards parts service, but I guess not. You would think Ford would cover the first service, but I guess that only comes with Chevrolets. Service was good after a little warming up to people working at the dealership. I was scheduled for 7 AM so maybe it was because everyone had not settled in for the day yet. The service took longer than I expected but may have been because was so early and everyone goes through their morning rituals before getting started. i will try a different time next time to see if it's different. Experience ended up being GREAT! Would recommend to anyone for service.

Great people. Did everything possible to make this transaction as painless as possible. Quality vehicles on the lot. Washed truck before delivery. Even filled up the gas tank! Who does that anymore?
