I purchased my 2016 Fusion from AutoNation and Lee Gault...

I purchased my 2016 Fusion from AutoNation and Lee Gault has been my Service Advisor. I contacted Lee on Saturday about my problem with the Check Engine light staying on while the car was in motion. He told me to bring my car in Monday morning early. I did so and he said they would have the car ready that afternoon. Sure enough when I came back to the dealership around 3:00 my car was ready and to top it off the repair was covered by the Extended Maintenance Contract I had purchased. Lee is a man of his word and enjoyable to work with.

Nice looking truck. I was surprised how deep the truck bed is and the power of the engine. I bought it for my son and now I may have to get one for myself.

Harold was very attentive to my wife’s search for a Mustang. He found one and picked up in time for our appointment just as he said he would. Not pushy. Very personable and helpful. Helped us get the Ford Pass on my wife’s phone and set up the service. Paperwork took a while. Highly recommend Harold Strain!

Lee Gault in the Service Dept is trustworthy and he...

Lee Gault in the Service Dept is trustworthy and he follows through. For more than 6 years he has advised me on repairs for my 17 year old SUV. I feel secure in following his advice. My car is ready when he says it will be ready and he follows competitive price matching when appropriate.

More worried about the dollar than the customer

I will preface this by saying that online they do have good deals. I had set up an appointment to see a Ford Explorer. I confirmed the appointment with Sales Person and Sales Manager. I offered to put a deposit down to ensure it was not sold before I got there. I was told I could not do that and was ensured to see it. I confirmed I was on my way to see the car. ( I live an hour and 15 mins away) And then I was notified 40 mins before appointment, when I was halfway there, that it had sold. Nothing was done to make it right. Would not trust with business.
