Always excellent customer service

I have been coming to Atlantic Infiniti for years to have my QX80 regularly serviced. I make almost an hour drive each way and it's because of the level of service I always receive. I have worked with Mel, Joe and Mike over the years and always feel that they always take care of their customers and treat them fairly. I highly recommend Atlantic Infiniti!

Bobby in sales was extremely patient friendly and provided all of the details that I needed on a vehicle that I had interest in. Also, my service appointment was very thorough and it was very quick. I appreciate it the promptness and thorough detailed report of my vehicle status. I was able to go to the beach with my four children in tow and enjoy the rest of my afternoon instead of being stuck at a car dealership waiting on an oil change and tire rotation. Thank you all for great service. I'm definitely a very satisfied customer and would like to do business with you all in the future.

They are definitely the most caring and honest people...

They are definitely the most caring and honest people ever! I am in sales as well and do really well! Not pushy, just helpful and clients come back!! Handel is so down to earth! And I trusted Mike. The bottom line is trust!

Take my car for 2 Sentinel services and did not gi

If I were to recommend this dealer, I would recommend that they be careful when they buy additional packages since they do not work as they are sold to you
