I arrived at the dealer & was warmly welcome by everyone.

I arrived at the dealer & was warmly welcome by everyone. Made to feel comforter after a 2 hour drive to the dealership while my trade-in vehicle was appraised. I felt BROCK JACKSON WAS WORKING IN MY BEHALF TO MAKE ME HAPPY DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS. After agreement was reached to my satisfactory. Scott was extremely helpful explaining & handling the paperwork.

I went to get my oil changed Willy Fonzo was very rude

I went to get my oil changed Willy Fonzo was very rude and unprofessional. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change which is crazy. They sold me a car that needed a transmission 4 months after having it. People avoid this place by all means.

Was very pleased with the service.

We received excellent help from our salesman, David

We received excellent help from our salesman, David Kraning, in making our selection from among several options. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we raised concerning the Honda models versus other makes and models, so that we felt very comfortable choosing a Honda Accord Hybrid over all other similar models offered by other companies. There was one annoying event which had to do with the fact that our car which we were trading in was titled under our Trust. We have previously traded vehicles in our Trust and the dealerships took care of it, requiring only that we supply them a Certificate of Trust. We did so this time, but were told by another finance person(didn't get her name) that we personally needed to take the title form to the DMV and do the paperwork personally there. This eventually resulted in us making three trips to the DMV (the first time we were misdirected, and so arrived too late) and several hours of our time. We were told all this was necessitated by "corporate policy." If so, we would suggest these be changed. This was the one blemish on an otherwise great experience.
