If I could give them a zero I would….

Absolutely awful experience. They are complete bullxxxxters. You buy a brand new vehicle with the promise of equipment to go along with that vehicle and low and behold it’s been three weeks now and shockingly still no equipment. And they lie the entire time. And then blame it on other people, saying he is a horrible employee and that you just fired him… We were also told during one of our meetings with the sales rep that they were firing one of their managers the following day. Who does that? Keep that xxxx in your own house. Don’t air your dirty laundry to your customers, especially when that poor employee has no idea.

Just go elsewhere

2020 Equinox purchased in January 2023. When I arrived at the dealership I stood for 15-20 minutes waiting for help, despite many employees around. At the time of purchase I was told that I had the remaining 3/36K warranty - which I have now discovered ended 9/19. The salesman covered up a chip in the windshield with the temporary registration, so that I didn't discover it until I put the permanent one in place. Upon pickup I discovered bubbling paint on the hood...the salesman opened the hood and looked underneath - "your're good it hasn't gone through." Seriously? I may be a woman, but I'm not stupid. At that point I was stuck with it. Fast forward to May and the paint bubbling is worse. Call to Gault service, transferred to somebody else, who told me it was the Body Shop I wanted. Body Shop says I want service. Nobody wants to help me or say if it's in warranty or not. Call to Botnick Chevrolet got me all the info I needed in one call...thus finding out about the warranty being over. I guess I should have gone to Botnick at the beginning.

Terrific customer support

As owner of my family business I buy many fleet vehicles. Frank Russo handled a trade of a Chevy 16 Silverado for a 20 Silverado rst flawlessly and with humility. I will do more business with Frank, Sam and their team at Gault Chevrolet.

Gault chevrolet fixed my car !!!

Nick Tierno fixed my car. My daughter was driving my car while Im traveling overseas. A simple phone call, and that guy took charge of the situation. The car had major failed wheel bearing and needed brakes badly. All repaired in less than 2 days from 1st phone call. He's amazing.

New truck

My truck needed work and the Nick let us know the cost. For us it wasn?t worth doing so we looked at new trucks and Ricky helped us pick out a new truck based on what our needs where. We love the new truck.

The Colorado shudder

I spoke with Ricky about my Colorado having the shudder. He said speak with Dan. I took him for a ride and grilled me about using 4x4 auto on hard road. Talked to me like I was trash. I turned to Ricky and we went for another ride, but it didn't happen. He said to record a video of it doing it. You can't see the shakes on video and now I'm thinking I'm screwed. Absolutely disappointing.

Worst customer service ever

Took my 2014 GMC Sierra Denali in for service. Needed a NYS inspection, Oil change, and requested new rear shock absorbers be installed and specifically request OEM replacements. Unauthorized after-market shocks were installed from NAPA. If I wanted after-market shocks I would have installed them myself. My heated seats were also inoperable. Requested diagnosis and repair costs. Was quoted $300 per seat installed for the repairs. Ok fix them. Dropped truck off on a Friday 10//7/22 in the morning. Was told that parts would be in on the following Monday. Was called back 10/11/22 and informed that the $300 seat repair would now be $1200 per seat because they misread the parts diagram and only half of the parts were ordered. Not paying that for heated seats. They installed the bottom seat heaters, and the bill was $1029 just for the bottoms. Far cry from the $300 per seat as quoted. Service kept calling my son not my phone number or cell that was given to them. Terrible lack of communication. Had my truck for 7 days. Truck use to drive like a cadillac now feels like a truck. Not why I purchased the Denali package on the truck. Will be taking it back for the correct shocks to be installed. Service advisers D. & N. developed a snarky attitude when questioned about the issues.
