I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler here Sunday, check

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler here Sunday, check engine light thursday. They knowingly sold me a Jeep with a bad catalytic converter on it. Does not pass federal emissions check. Bought As-is, but you cannot be a dealership selling vehicles with bad catalytic converters. Signed a paper saying I have the right to cancel and they declined and stated the bank "capital one" has already funded the deal and paid the dealership. Not only did this all happen after the purchase. During the purchase, I did not like how I was treated at all. They told me they aren't making any money selling the vehicle so they treated me the way they did. I almost left but I drove from Indiana. Now to find this out is sad. Also my salesperson did not once check in on me or anyone on their team how I have been doing.

Brought my vehicle in for its first oil change.

Brought my vehicle in for its first oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes before they opened, but Devin immediately opened the door as I pulled up and started taking my information. He took some time to get to know me and how well I was liking the Sportage Hybrid. He said the oil change would take about 45 minutes, but only took about 35 minutes. Devin briefly reviewed the service, gave me a free car wash pass and explained how to use. Service was quick and professional.

Dropped off vehicle at repair time and vehicle was done

Dropped off vehicle at repair time and vehicle was done in an hour! All recalls completed (2 recalls) and they also checked vehicle for any other issues- none reported.
