Great experience.

Was greeted on arrival & set up for the service I

Was greeted on arrival & set up for the service I requested. They checked in with me as I wanted to let me know what was happening. When it was done it was raining so they pulled it under cover to keep me dry.

Whole Kia of Dayton service department is an absolute

Whole Kia of Dayton service department is an absolute joke. They don?t listen, they?re just there to take your money. I was even charged for a recall because my car was ?out of warranty?which makes zero sense, because that doesn?t sound like a recall at all. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and when I got it back I couldn?t even drive it at highway speed because they didn?t bother to recommend or perform a balance. When I brought it back, they literally put my wheels back where they were to see if I?d notice? and guess what? I did. Then they tried to charge me for a balance when my car was driving perfectly fine before they touched it. I will never step foot in this dealership or service department again. Terrible service, zero transparency, and no accountability.

I took my car in for a problem that developed on my way

I took my car in for a problem that developed on my way to work. They checked out my car and found a bad fuel injector. I left my car for them to repair it, and they got it done in good time. I have never had a problem with Kia of North Dayton; they always do fantastic work for me. And their knowledge is remarkable; they always answer my questions and if I don't understand what they are saying they go out of their way to explain the problem.

Very professional and straight forward.

Very professional and straight forward. Clean shop, comfortable waiting area. Enjoyed looking at the new vehicles on the show room floor. All in all a dealer you can trust.

Went in for check engine light, still under warranty.

Went in for check engine light, still under warranty. Diagnosed and fixed catalytic converter issue. In and out within two hours. Fast and friendly. Very satisfied!

I had my car serviced for an oil change and brakes.

I had my car serviced for an oil change and brakes. I waited a short time after arriving for my appointment to check in my car. Once my car was checked in, I waited at the dealership in their waiting area which is equipped with several chairs, a TV, a charging station for personal electronics, free water, coffee, and snacks. My service was provided promptly. I was advised of the estimated cost after my brakes were inspected. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service desk personnel are friendly, courteous and helpful.
