Arrived at dealership 15 minutes early, service rep

Arrived at dealership 15 minutes early, service rep greeted us and invited me into his office where he explained the services that was to be performed, advised of the pricing. Service tech completed the service and the bill was lower that originally stated. A free car wash was included with the service. Very clean facility and service rep was very professional, I would recommend this dealership when looking for a new Kia.
