    I love my new Kia and their service dept is great! I was greeted and checked in for service quickly. My car was ready when promised. I appreciate that... they are efficient and have a comfortable waiting area.

    I put in a request for info on the Kia website and got a call from Tracy. They had several Sorentos and she had a customer who wanted my trade-in. After... getting there, she showed me several Sorentos and I wound up getting a great deal on a demo. They also gave me a fair price on my trade and did not try to low ball me loke most dealers. I would buy from them again.

    Staff was courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable about their product and exuded tremendous customer service. When speaking with the staff, I never felt... like we were just a number. There was a sense of genuine interest in getting me what I was looking for. I would recommend friends or family in the need of a new car to shop at Kia of Dayton.

    Had a heavily corroded engine cradle and oil pan repaired at Kia of Dayton. Vehicle only had 65000 miles. This didn't just happen overnight but... no warnings had been given before. Oil had just been changed 2 months earlier and regularly before that. Service manager and technician were both very knowledgeable and willing to work around schedules, but still needed a week. Asked service manager if there was any kind of recall or open case. Nothing and no help offered. Repairs made were good quality and relatively timely considering parts had to be ordered and technician worked hard to meet requests. However, no assistance given to pursue a claim. Car was till under the 10K extended coverage. I contacted national Kia Corp. and ended up getting most of the repairs covered, but I had to do all of the foot work including providing pictures, billing paperwork, and previous repair history. Why couldn't Kia do that since they had it all already? Overall, good repairs and nice staff, but that's about it.
