Very professional and straight forward.

Very professional and straight forward. Clean shop, comfortable waiting area. Enjoyed looking at the new vehicles on the show room floor. All in all a dealer you can trust.

Went in for check engine light, still under warranty. Diagnosed and fixed catalytic converter issue. In and out within two hours. Fast and friendly. Very satisfied!

I had my car serviced for an oil change and brakes.

I had my car serviced for an oil change and brakes. I waited a short time after arriving for my appointment to check in my car. Once my car was checked in, I waited at the dealership in their waiting area which is equipped with several chairs, a TV, a charging station for personal electronics, free water, coffee, and snacks. My service was provided promptly. I was advised of the estimated cost after my brakes were inspected. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service desk personnel are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Gas door wouldn?

Gas door wouldn?t open set up appointment after part ordered vehicle repaired and covered under vehicle warranty!!! The part was overnighted. Done same day the actuator was received.

What a terrible experience.

What a terrible experience. They agreed to a deal on a Wednesday, had me confirm a pickup date with an appointment for following Monday and explained they would send instructions to complete the bank transfer for the down payment. After several days of stalling and wasting my time they messaged me at close on Sunday of the same week to say they sold the vehicle to someone else even though we had a deal. No call or follow up, ghosted. Super shady bunch over there from the online sales crew to the sales manager. What a waste of time. Avoid these folks at all costs, unprofessional schmucks. I'll never buy a Kia as long as I live because of this experience fwiw.
