Has met my expectations, Tom in the service department is awesome, had 3 recalls, and 2 were fixed that day, they had to order the 3rd part, but i go back in a week to get it done.

Well I bought a new stinger from here not to long ago.
Well I bought a new stinger from here not to long ago. Sure enough there is something seriously wrong with it no surprise after reading all the terrible reviews about this place. But any way I call set up a time to bring it back to find out what was wrong with I get there and when I called I asked about the tire I was promised they said they would find out. So no surprise I was told after I drove 1.5 hrs to take it there to check the service light that I was not getting a tire from them unless I removed my review. HAHAHAHA that is not happening. They are snakes there I’m glad I chose to take it somewhere else because I’m not sure it would have been done properly. I will never step foot near that place again lesson learned.

From making our appointment till showing up was awesome! They kept me informed by texting to remind me of my appointment. Enjoyed a bottle of water while waiting for my oil change. And appreciate the voucher for a future car wash.

Tom was my consultant and he was amazing!! He kept me up to date on everything that was need for my car! The service department is always great to work with! My car was fixed under warranty and I had to do a few maintenance repairs! This service department is GREAT!! Thank you Kia of Dayton!!
