The service was fast and considerate.
The service was fast and considerate. My tires were checked and a nail was found in one. The tire was ordered and air was put in my tire. I had my oil changed and the inside dash of my car was wiped down. Very friendly service and enjoyable place to spend time waiting on my car to be serviced.

I was truly blessed by the above-board customer service that I received for my auto repairs. My only complaint trying to talk with an actual human being without the hassle of A-I. When I want to schedule an appointment, I need to verify certain information before setting one up. Talking to a computer does not help me.

I only give this dealership 1 star and the star is only because Willie was a phenomenal salesman to deal with. I'd give him 5 stars. Service there, 0. We dropped our new Certified pre-owned 2022 K5 off because a bunch of lights came on on the dashboard literally the morning after we bought it. We were going out of town so I told the service guy Devon that we would be gone for the week so he had time to figure it out. Almost a week later and I had not heard anything. No status update, nothing. I called and found out they were waiting for warranty approval. I asked him to let me know and that I was hoping to have the car back when we were in town. Came back on a Saturday and heard nothing. Monday morning I had to call to find out what was going on. He said it was approved and they would be working on it that day. Finally that night theey called and said it was ready. I went over to pick it up and as I was no more than a mile from the dealership I noticed a crack in the windshield that was definitely not there when I dropped it off. I pulled over to the side of the highway and got out to look. Not only was there a crack in the windshield, there was also a chip and then a bunch of scratches on the hood, almost as if someonee had been driving behind a gravel truck. I immediately called the service department and after 3 calls got ahold of Devon. He said to take pictures and that he would be out of the office the next day but to stop in on Wednesday. I took pictures and sent them to him then came back in Wednesday. He took pictures and said he would talk to his service manager. Two days later and again nothing, no contact from them. I emailed him and he said that the service manager said the windshield had nothing to do with what they fixed on the engine so they would not be doing anything about it. I contacted the General manager and he said he would look into it. I had to contact him again to inquire, and he said he stuck with his Service managers decision. Horrible Service here. I will never return. I dropped the car off in beautiful CPO car and got back a cracked windshield and a chipped and dinged up hood.
