DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. It has now been 4 months since the purchase of my car and I have absolutely nothing good to say about this dealership.... I have had about every problem you can imagine with the incompetent staff that works at Acura of Orange Park. To make this review shorter, I thought a bullet list might be best: - I financed my car with Acura of Orange Park, they put a completely different lien holder on my title which caused a huge mess. It has now been 4 months since purchase and my bank has still NOT received my title. -It took over 30 days for them to transfer the title into my name (against state law) -It took over 30 days for them to pay off my trade in -I had to drive around with an expired dealer tag for over a week because one of the incompetent employees sent me a tag with the same exact (expired) date as my original dealer tag. -I had to drive around with an expired registration for several weeks -I was lied to about what the warranty with my certified Acura included -Staff will not answer their phones or emails I currently have a BBB complaint open with this company because of their negligence. Please do your self a favor and buy from ANY other dealership. This is a fraudulent company that does not care at all about their customers or the hardships they create.
My experience at Acura of Orange Park was excellent. Every time I’m in I experience friendly and professional employees. ADAM had me in and out so fast... and Darrell is so funny. Chelsea made sure I was taken care of.

Bought on cpo acura 2016 there,the same day i realised the front bumper has a litle damage..when i return the car for repair,they wanted me to pay half... of the repair cost,i have called and email the sales manager, he wouldnt respond me and the car has still all factory guarantee on it plus i purchased extra warranty.....worst expeeience ever..dont ever go there..they are not serious
Deal was the easy part. Finance department and everything involved is a mess and no one returns calls. Now I'm getting late payment calls when I was... told to make my lease payment to the dealer and they would forward to Acura finance. 17 days later and Acura finance still hasn't received payment. I shouldn't have to chase people to do their job!
Wanted to buy a used Mustang they had for sale As I was negotiating terms, Management had the nerve to sell the same car to another customer at the same... visit at the same time. I asked the Sales Manager on duty what kind of practice is this and he replied we are offering the same deal to him like we did you. In my mind, if I'm a bust they can count on the other customer to seal the deal. Score: Dealer 1 / Customer Satisfaction 0.
What an experience my wife and I had in buying our vehicle here. A great team of professionals from the sales rep, used car manager to closing the deal... . I highy recommend anyone to buy here when searching for that right vehicle. From start to finish was so great. Thank you Acura of Orange Park.
I found that they have a very straight forward approach to selling vehicles. I knew what I wanted to spend, they knew where they needed to be, like with... most car purchases, we met in the middle and everyone left happy. At no time were there any type of high pressure sales tactics, just two people talking about the price of the vehicle. I was even able to text with the sales person when I left and we worked most of the deal through our cell phones, easy. Would definitely purchase from them again.
